Got the fake shoes once’s a filled a complaint against them on consumers complaint they called me the next day saying we will get your shoe picked back and it’s been whole month again and there are no updates about the pickup about my refund worst experience of my life

I ordered shoes from there website on January 9, 2023 I ordered Air Jordan 1 lost & founds from there website and got fake shoes it took them 3 months to deliver the product I always messaged them about my order they never replied to my message after getting the shoe I got them checked to find if they are real and got to know that they are fake after that I messaged them about that still no reply and after some days they blocked me from Instagram please help me out

I've ordered air jordan 1 shoes worth 18600 and there is no number where i can contact and which they have mentioned it is incorrect number and they aren't responding even on direct message on instagram

But i have their owners name address and phone no. . So i have complained about the same to DELHI POLICE COMMISSIONER. Kindly contact me on MY MAIL ADDRESS, so together we can get our refunds(they have agreed to refund as i had proper conversation ) but i want refund not in the value sold by them but as per market price of the particular product . ALSO DON’T return their products as they are the evidence .
Let them have the money for a while, incase they tell you for pickup with a receipt and they will process the refund . Dont return . Sharing you the ss of the mail done by me to DELHI POLICE COMMISSIONER. You can have the address ( you can check ss, two different delhi address) and contact info of seller from their. I will ask you to mail the problem just after reading my comment so that in delhi police commissioner mails it shows in order and action can be taken against them swiftly . They dont have GST NO. As well . So let me know if you could do anything about it . Looking forward to hear from you.

I had ordered Two Nike Air Jordans from Smuglr.in as i was unaware about the same.
But, as soon as i Recieved one of the two products and Got them Checked on Legitapp and CheckCheck App they certified it as Replica.
My Orders were Worth
65, 000/- and 27, 900/-
I recieved The Order of 65, 000/- Sneakers but they were a Replica.
And the other one is Not Yet Delivered
And They are not even checking my messages nor are they responding to My Messages. On Instagram.

I have got their Contact Number
It is +91-[protected].

But even the guy recieved the call and as soon as i asked if it is Smuglr.in brand he cut the call and texted me on whatsapp and told me that he Would get me a solution by the same evening.

But after that even he has started ignoring call and messages on whatsapp.

Please Do Something about the same.

They are scam, Selling duplicates while committing original sneakers

I had ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 highs from this website (Smuglr India).
The shoes were worth 30k+. They have taken the money in advance and said the product will be delivered in 10 days. It has been 15 days today and they have stopped replying to direct messages on instagram (the only communication they have available with the customers). There is no other phone number or emails these scammers respond to.
I left around 20-30 messages to which they have left on read, since 4 days now, without any response.

They said that it is stuck at customs almost 5 days ago now and since then there has been no communication towards me, but they are immediately replying to new other customers and potential buyers.

Anyone who is facing this issue with this fraudulent website, please come together and hold these scammers accountable for all the injustice they are doing to regular, hard-working people.

The greater number of people we have on this, the stronger our case against them will be.

We can take the details of the destination account and transaction id and submit it to the authorities, and please keep the chat history of communication with these people as well. We can show their method of fraud.

I had ordered a pair of Jordan 5 low sneakers from them and soon when I got to know that they were scammers I approached them through Instagram to cancel the order and requested them politely to refund me back the amount of ₹7000 which was paid as an advance. They immediately marked me as spam and refused to do so. They also never updated me regarding the order and they pretend to sell OG sneakers. I’ve been looted by them and as a result I neither got the shoes nor the money paid. They’ve blocked me as well.

I have order apple MagSafe from this site after seeing their post on insta .
Initially I was very confuse whether it’s fake or original
But then I checked it’s other products like shoes - because of very high price I thought that they are delivering genuine products
So I order MagSafe batter pack.
I have waited for my products initially 12 days as they commit. But then it didn’t come
And no one replying me on Instagram and I have mail them also no revert there also .
But fortunately i received the product after 35 days.

I was happy but when I opened it, it’s a copy only, not original one .
Now I know nothing can be happen they won’t take it back .
And I am 100% sure their all other products are also fake only.

So guys don’t just get attract because of their less price .
Don’t believe in these kinda site or insta page.
Always buy from genuine site only.

This site and Instagram page should be banned.
So that they can never fool other people.

I ordered nike air jordan 1 low from their site and received fake product . I asked them before placing order whether the product is original or not and they replied the product is original and when i received the product it was fake . They don’t reply to my messages and they are not giving me refund. My order id : 1615

I ordered 5 units of Apple Magsafe from a website called smuglr.in from their Instagram page.

I asked the person before hand if the product is original he said yes! Then I asked him if its not original will you take it back he said yes he will.

When i got the package the product delivered to me were fake Chinese copy.

No one will charge their 1.2 lac iphone with a fake wireless charger. When I asked him to take it back and refund me he started to ignore my chats.

Owner name is Sahil Lalwani and when i tried to contact him on Instagram he blocked me.
