I have submitted all the documents 2 month ago but still i have not received the pf amount. i have contacted my previous office but they are not giving proper response. please help.

Dear SIr
I was working for SOFTAGE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDIA LTD . i have submitted my p.f form on 18.10.2009, Its almost going to be 1 year . Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. but till date i did not get my pf amount & if you can do something regarding this matter, i will be thankful.
my PF office is in Delhi.
