They gave me to complete 2000 forms, and even said that if 1800 is completed than i will be paid. Am a working professional for a extra income i was looking for a part time job. So while searching i got a call from the nashik company softrex bpo solution for a online form filling work.
They told that i need to fill the 1200 form in 10 days out of which 1080 should be accurate to get the payment. If the form 1080 are not accurate then they told that i need to pay 3400 amount as admin charge.
They provided me with the agreement stating all the details and they provided me with otp for signing it. I started working on it. The work which they shown as demo work was simple but the actual work which they provided was very consufing and it was impossible to get it completed 1080 forms in 10 days. So i thought this is some kind of scam and i started working on it.
After 10 days i got a call that i have not completed the work and need to pay 3400 amount as admin charge, failing paid this amount will lead to legal action. I am very scared so i paid amount of Rs. 3400/-. After payment they called me for giving next work. When i denied to do any work they told me to pay 1200/- for cancellation of agreement which i signed with otp. If i did not paid they again blackmailing to take legal action. I am so scared. Please help me to take out of these type of situations.

Could anyone suggest for what action i need to take further.

My sister tried working online for a company regarding data entry service.
They got an agreement signed via otp verification on 100 rs stamp paper stated that if she do not complete the given work on time or correctly a legal action will be taken and she have to pay rs3400. But the data provided was really confusing as 'i and l and 0 and o' looked the same in that given font.
I tried calling them on her behalf but the did not tell me any detail of their company and said go and complain if you think we are fraud which made me doubt the authenticity as the behavior was really unprofessional.
Now she was getting constant pressure from legal department via mails and calls for the payment of rs3400 within 12 hours or she is going to pay rs15000.
She paid rs3400 as of fear of legal action but I really want you to look into the matter and stop these kind of activities.
