Hello... It's been almost 7 months since i've placed for order for 1169/- dated on october 20 2019 through debit card but i didn't not receive my order yet.. I've been trying to give a complaint but the site was under maintenance and i didn't receive any response... I request you to either process my order or refund the amount.. Kindly consider my request and do the needful as it's been more than half an year.. At least give a customer number...

Dear sir/ma'am this is to bring to your kind notice that i have not yet received my order # 100805 dated 25/10/19... The payment done online by razorpay successfully. But i didn't got my ordered dresses. According to softywoman, dress should be delivered within 12 -15 days but it is not delivered from last 4 months, please suggest me what should l do?
