Sir,
On 02/05/2017, my father have paid Rs 500 to Conductor Of Bus, as ticket amount was Rs 164, so he was supposed to return Rs 336 but he have not refunded it till now, despite of every attempt made by me to get money back.
On enquiry with depo i found that conductor on that day was Bhual Gupta on AC bus number - UP53DT4831.
