Hello.

Myself jayanth from bangalore and i had ordered ink’d wireless neckband & colorfit smartwatch from soundxpert.co. Whereas, i just received some local earphone (Polaris) and there is no smart-watch in the courier parcel which i have received two days ago.

This is heights of fooling customers & earning profits such companies should be sued in the consumer court for being such illegal practices & also...

I was complaint both end but no response from both

I was ordered wireless neck band bluetooth and colorfit smart watch..
But getting wrong and cheap item even i have proof, i made their logistic partner courier boy video where he...

I ordered inkd and smart watch from this company on COD and found cheated by them. There is no watch and instead they ahd given wireless charger which looks like a bomb. Not working and so terrible. The neckband is also damaged. This is a cheating and the online service provider is Shri enterprises and may be banned soon by the concern authorities....

As seen online sony bluetooth headphones and a smartfit watch... I ordered for cash on delivery.. The product was totally different from original as seen online... Kindly help to get refund for the same... Also sent emails on [protected]@soundxpert.co for the same problems... But yeilded no results... As they don't have any contacts wherein consumer can contact directly to better explain the defective product delivered...

This is adarsh from hyderabad and i ordered a sony wh-ch700n and a colorfit smartwatch form soundxpert but i recieved some polaris headphones and there is no watch in the bag i recieved today this is too much they display some product and deliver some useless products i didnt even use the product waiting for their reply lets hope for the best...

They had an offer for sony headphone with smartwatch on their site. I ordered it for cod 1899. However what i recieved is a 100 rs headphone with wireless charger. They are looting common people like anything. With no physical address and contact number its impossible to return the item. Email address given is not responding. I am not sure how to get my money back. Can anyone here help me out. I have seen many other people with same issues...
