I got a job from freelancer site, first she texted me in the site and after that asked me to send my info through mail. The project is also given through mail. The payment was INR7500. The deadline was 24 hrs. I submitted the work today(09/07/2023) by 3pm. The reply mail came with a telegram contact. I am supposed to contact that person for verification and payment. He asked me to pay 1500INR as Tax to receive the salary. I asked him his ID, but he sent me some payment screenshots. I know this was scam, so i didn't paid. I checked this site for any complaints filed here, my guess was correct. I get to see so many complaints here. Be aware guys...

I received a job from the Source Automation through freelancer Website. After completing work they asked me to Contact the freelancer team leader @Mr_samual for work verification through telegram contact. When i contacted @Mr_samual he verified and said the work correct and he would pay me, but to Receive the payment i hav to pay the GST amount of 900rs. When i denied he said "you're new to freelancing so you don't know, everyone is paying GST before payment". i paid 900rs rupees to him and he took my account details and lied to me that he has sent me the money through bank and to wait for 72 hours. It has been more than 5 days i didn't receive the payment and he is not even responding to my messages. He is also lying that he is freelancer team leader. The upi QR code he sent for me to pay 900rs belongs to person named Anju Bala.

Ihave applied for data entry jobs in freelance website. One of the hiring person asked to mail them on April 28 2023. The maid id is (sourceautomation.[protected]@gmail.com). They send the project details and asked to complete within 3 days (ie, before May 1 - 3 p.m). The payment mentioned is INR 5000. They told, once the project is completed the payment will be received within 1 day. So, before May 1, I have send the work to them. After that, he told to send the work to my team leader on telegram. He has given the telegram I'd too.

After that send me the screenshot..within 10 mins the payment INR 5000 will be send to you, he said...I asked why I have to pay, paying like these are reported as scam...I asked so many questions and all...but he said trust me, once you paid i will pay to you...he send the proof of students who have paid that GST amount...So i said ok i will pay you and he send the QR code...And after paying he is not in online... When he is online, I will ask about my payment to him...He will say any of the reason and he will escape from me and he will go to offline...i used to ask everyday and i said i will complaint you...you are fraud...i scolded him...So he deleted all my chats and he blocked me... At that time, I was thinking that, with how many of them he would have played like this??? We should complaint about him..and this should be one of the awareness to all students and who is searching for work from home job
