Dear Authority,

There has been debris and Garbage of all sorts dumped infront of my house at my parking.
It has been dumped by labourers of CPWD RWA of Sector 4, and it's been one year this is lying the heap of construction raw materials heap of broken Tiles and all kind of debris, one official contractor of CPWD sec 4 is dumping again the new set blocking the road and entire parking and arguing.

The height is recently there was snake seen as it's the home of many such poisonous reptiles this rainy season.
Kindly help us by issuing any strict action against these kind of spreading dirt and deseases in residence by these CPWD working contractor and immediately clean the entire area for safe living.

Sh Mahinder Pal Tomer is raising unauthorized construction on terrace of 3 rd floor property bearing house no. 730/7 govindpuri kalka ji, ND-19 without consent or permission of other property owners. The construction which he intends to raise is without seeking any sanction plan from MCD. The property is built in such a way that it cannot bear any load and it affects the foundation of the property and there are chances for the collapse of building which shall result into loss of lives . Further, I am making several complaints against him in MCD as well as SHO, ACP, DCP, SDM Office. MCD officers has visited and demolished the small portion of construction but he again started repairing, electricity fitting, white wash etc and lock the door of terrace. Other owners of the is not able to visit terrace from past one month. Sh Mahinder Pal Tomers is doing all these thisng with help of his son Haimanshu Tomer as he have some good political connections.
Please take action against him.

We had filed the complaint to PWD regarding the subject on dated[protected] and[protected] and the outside Drains are cleared, but inside drains of our C-6A, Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi are not clean.
The residents of the C-6A Block a facing lot of problem due to water logging In the present rainy days.
We requested to take immediate action and properly clean or sanitation of the Drains inside the block.

Dear SDMC Team,

I would like to bring your kind notice that I have paid the property tax for the year 2019-20 of Rs.2, 517/- via Net Banking against my UPIC No. [protected] on 26.07.2020 using your new portal having Transaction Id[protected]IGAJATWRQO. However, I have not got the generated receipt for the paid amount on your portal and the status is still showing as “No property tax paid after registration “on your portal (once you press the actions button).

I tried to contact you on your provided phone number for help desk but no one is responding. I have received the confirmation of the payment made as "TO TRANSFER INB CBAAXIX E-COLLECTION" from my SBI bank both via SMS and also appearing in the bank account statement. Unfortunately your portal is unable to acknowledge the same and generate my payment receipt for the same. So, I request you to please check at your end and provide the receipt for the same. You can send me the link for the same on my registered mobile number or else kindly advise as to how I should go about it to obtain it. Also update the same in your portal for future and further reference so that I can download it from there. If you are unable to sort out my problem please refund my amount paid earlier so that I can again pay my property tax again at the earliest.

Monkey Menace

Dear Sirs,

I am a resident of Gulmohar Park, New Delhi and wish to bring it to your kind notice that our colony is facing a serious problem of growing menace of Monkeys in the colony, with over 20-25 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house.

There have been many instances that they destroy belongings. Today, in fact in one of the houses, bunch of these monkeys ransacked causing huge damage to the owner. They may also become cause of serious accidents

You are requested to kindly do the needful as it is really a dangerous situation for kids, ladies and senior citizens, specifically.

If they are left unattended they may multiply and soon pose a major problem.

Some people have applied for grant of benefit of amnesty scheme for calculation of property tax for houses in shivalik / malviya nagar. Some have raised concerns about misuse / unauthorised use of portions of houses in adjacent or nearby houses against category / decalaration given at time of deposit of property tax in shivalik /malviya nagar. At least those who have apllied for amnesty schene and for those who are making unauthorised use for office etc but showing residential use in property tax return and said information is available with sdmc thru some source, necessary steps by issuing fresh assessments and charges to be paid should be done by sdmc. Instead of above those who have rightly paid tax are getting notice for non payment and misuse.

We the resident of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi -110046 would like to draw the attention of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation on following points :-
1) Illegal vegetables vendors under the Bridge of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi -110046
2) Garbage is lying on the road. MCD people does not care to collect on daily basis.
3) The work of sewer line was started and not yet been completed. The roads have been digged

Since, last one week some unknown persons have been dumping garbage in large scale in front of the office of superintending engineer (South west), booster pumping station of delhi jal board, sector-4, r k puram, new delhi. This is creating a very unhygienic condition for officials working in this office. It is emanating very foul odour and can be a cause of diseases. The disposal of this garbage should be done at the earliest.

I paid property tax of rs.22326.00 for 2019-20 by cheque no.224741 dated 15.06.2019 drawn on indian bank, shantiniketan, new delhi in mcd office in r. K. Puram, sector 9, new delhi on 17.06.2019. The cheque was cleared by my bank and amount debited to my account on 25.06.2019. I have lodged a grievance with mcd south zone vide grievance id no.38552 dated 6.08.2019. Receipt for payment is still not available from sdmc.

Many complaints goes to mcd but no response, some persons are coming from mcd takes money from owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very untidy area near those dairies.

This is regarding parking charges started in okhla industrial area phase 1, f block. Since last 10-15 days some people are claiming to be parking attendants started collecting parking charges? This area is not shown as parking space under sdmc website. We have a office at same place since 1992 and no parking charges ever levied on this place. We do not know why mcd is trying to make every road as its revenue generating in spite of claiming parking charges at the time of registering the vehicle. This area is not commercial not on main road. We do not know why they are harassing common people.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Chittaranjan Park area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the road at A- 68 Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi -110019.

We noticed that the partially constructed building on this premise had been sealed approx 8/9 years ago because the building was constructed flouting the norms of then Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The building remained in that sealed state till recently when a new owner came in and started to reconstruct the partially reconstructed building.

This building it seems is being constructed flouting all norms of ground coverage etc and thus inconveniencing the locality by narrowing down the access on one of the roads leading to houses A - 67 to A - 58.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around. If this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

I am constrained to bring this to your august notice because I have failed to understand how permission to reconstruct this building has been obtained by the owner, when this particular plot and partially constructed building was sealed earlier for reasons of fraudulent and illegal construction.

For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I hope that your august office will be able to take corrective actions in this regard.

I am referring about the garbage dumped on the colony main road in front of pocket 5, sector 12 dwarka kunj, dda mig flats dwarka new delhi 110078. This situation is now remaining several days as no cleaning staff has been seen. During raining days there is water logging as the drainage at both the sides of this road has never been cleaned. The eateries on the pathways also worsening the condition of drainage system & becoming unhygienic to the people living nearby societies/colonies.

It is requested that;-
I. The garbage lying on this road may kindly be picked up on regular basis
Ii. The drains of both the sides of the road may be cleaned at lease before the start of the monsoon.
Iii. No eateries/dhabas should be allowed on the pathways dumping waist material in the drainage becoming unhygienic.

I paid tax through my HDFC credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 2942 dated 30/06/2018. Amount debited to my card was Rs.2787/- towards property tax but receipt not generated and the amount not reversed either to my credit card. On the website of MCD I lodged the complaint regarding receipt not generated dated 30/06/18 with grievance id no. 31241. A telephone no. of HDFC[protected] is also mentioned if the grievance is not resolved within a week. I always try this no. on daily basis but this no. keeps ringing unanswered. Kindly help to resolve this issue to get the receipt generated.

I have been trying to make online payment of property tax fir 2018 19 by visiting sdmc website sincr last 5 days. Every time this fancy website welcomes you but at tge window where credit card/debit card option is given, it stops, freezes and hangs. Ironicalky, their customer care tele2no is also nit working. This seems a deliberate scheme by these unscrupulous guys to stop you from making payments within the specified time period, so that tgey can charge late payment penalty as well as withdraw the rebate given fir prompt paynrnts!!! A stray dog roaming in front of lane before Type IV houses in the upscale locality at Sector 10, House Nos. 19 and 20, Type IV, R K Puram, Nivedita Kunj, New Delhi, has created a menace, as it barks at every person visiting the locality and has already bitten a number of persons. It runs after vehicles leading to accidents. Domestic helps and visitors are afraid to visit the locality fearing attack/bite. Immediate action need to be taken to catch the dog by the Municipality lest it leads to some serious incident of bit/accident. The dog is white-brown in colour, with one ear down.

I want to draw your kind attention to the dying system of the sewage pipeline in the dda’s sarvodaya enclave of sector 12 pocket 8, dwarka. Water overflows from the pipelines day and night which is causing breeding of dangerous mosquitos and threat to the health of the residents.

2. It is therefore, requested that the pipes and drains may kindly be got cleaned and cleared so that the health of the residents may be brought out of danger.

3. Your action in this regard will be a step forward toward our pm’s mission of ‘swachchh bharat’.

They are some unauthorised food stalls are running openly without any license & shop in lobby area of manish mall in dwarka sector -22.

Please take some strict action against them as they using gas cylinders & burner in open area without any precautions. No measures for waste disposal. No food license and without having any permission from mcd for running stalls

Two rectangle cemented sewer covers (Outside house no. Wz-240, street no.7 virender nagar, janak puri, new delhi-110058 have been broken making it difficult to move vehicles smoothly. Stray dogs in nrpc colony, katwaria sarai are a serious threat to residents as well as employees of nearby offices. Similar menace near sitaram bhartia hospital road in qutub institutional area. Pls take actions in removing this menace at the earliest. Many people have had a narrow escape.

These stray dogs follow people on scooters and motorcycles often causing them to lose balance and fall. Employees coming to work are also attacked particularly after evening hours.

If help is not at hand, there could be casualties also.

All the drans are blocked and waste water not pass through in jaitput extension 2 (Khadda colony). It spread bad smell all over and risk of spreading disease specially in children. No body from the municipal corporation come to clean the drans. There is not a single garbage disposal box in such a big area. It seems that the area is highly neglected or ignored by the municipal corporation. A proper cleaning of drans and remove all blockages on monthly basis may resolve the problem to some extent till the alternative come into pleace.

Dear sir,
I am from south delhi, ward no.102. Since many days the sewers in the locality are overflowing and some are jammed. This is causing further damage to human health like mosquito generated sickness, unpleasant smell and so much dirt. Please take some steps to remove all these problems as soon as possible because it may become worse in coming days of summer and rainy season.

This is to inform there was a civil work i.e. concreting of the area, carried out around 3 months ago in the back lane of my house. Due to which the level of sewer has gone down making it impossible to open the cover in case of any maintenance required. Even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. There is also stacking of sludge in the sewer creating continuous foul smell in my house.
