I Purchased Sovereign Gold Bonds 5 series during 2020-21 but I am not
received interest regularly for which I requested several times but no response is received. Please do the needful.

My bank Syndicate got merged with Canara Bank thus the IFSC code has changed from SYNB0005322 to CNRB0015322

My PAN is AEWPR4457G SGB 2016 I 15gms

How to inform RBI of IFSC change

Our all shares in DP are transferred, only Sovergien Gold bonds are not transferred. On asking the concern person, it was advised that as the depository participants are different, its not possible to transfer those bonds. Following suggestions on telephone were offered.

1. I request the depository to re-mat those bonds, then ask the target depository to again de-mat.

2. I sell my bonds with ex-broker and purchase from new broker.

3. Initially, I was told that bonds are locked. When I explained them that these are locked only for 5 years from RBI, but these bonds are tradeable, which I think above second numbered suggestions tells itself.

I have written 1-2 times to kotaksecurities.com, but never got any reply, so forwarding letter to sebi, NSDL.
