Fraudulent company, loss my money invested
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had lost total of Rs.33, 000 in Speak Asia Online Survey in the year 2011 for taking 3 panel costing Rs.11, 000 each like may other investors for online surveys. However I have not received any returns and later on I came to know that it was a fraudulent company.
Now I want to file a complaint against the same for refund of hard earned money with interest. Kindly take the legal action against them and help me to recover my money. If you require any proofs of my investment in Speakasia, I will provide you.

I,my wife and my father have joined Speakasia Online Survey and i have paid 33,000 rs for create three online account for Speakasia online survey on 04 may 2011. I have filled approximately 33000 rs online survey forms and after which the news of their fraud broke and Government has banned the site. So my money has blocked . What should i do to get my money back.for this i broke my daughters f d. please help me.

SpeakAsiaOnline — refund of payment
it is a online serve company which pay 4000/- per month.and i invest 11000/- in these company,till i nt earn any thing from it. kindly tell how the joining amount be refunded by the speakasia. Or is there any chance of recovering of the company.
even i'm with company for past 6 months and have not received anything till now... :(

speakasia — No refund
I registered with speakasia last year after which the news of their fraud broke. Then speakasia mailed that all those who wanted their Money back should register , I did but I have not recd any money back.how can I get back my money back?? Helpful

non delivery of gift

sir i won a spycam by joining an id in gift offer period and i chosed spycam as my gift.u messaged me on my registered mobile number [protected] that it has been dispatched through EXPRESS IT courier on 29 april 2011 with AWB NO. E[protected].
However when i contacted the courier company they informed me that they have send back the courier on 6 may 2011as the services to the specified area (my addres) were not available.
i would like to ask that why you chossed a courier company whose services are not available to my address and why it have been not resent.
sir i am a devoted member of speakasia,but then also i recieve such a poor feedback.what example do i put to others.

CONFUSION OF FAKE COMPANY

Visarev, a branch o[censored]niPay2u( Singapore based investment company) ran away after rising its joining packages. They worked well upto few months and when people began to trust on this company. The cunning company immediately raised the cost of joining packages. Silver Package of 3000 exceeded to 4000, Bronze Package of 9000 exceeded to 12000 and Golden Package of 45000 to 60000. After a months the company showed its miscellaneous problem and stopped paying. A regretted message is hanged at the website now. Likewise Speakasia too is rising its joining costs. Regarding this hike some are saying that this exceeded costs is for advertising expenses. If they will collect this cost from the consumer then one day they will collect the cost of whitewashing and painting of Speakasia Office. Gradually they will increase the cost for their son's and daughter's wedding too. Myself is a panelist of this survey company and I was feeling proud being a part of this speakasia Company. But when it announce of increasing the cost I lost faith in this company. And I strongly Disagree this hike.

speakasia online — Do not receive Surveys
I am one of the panelist in this company joined in February11. I have a also few downline friends who are working for this company . We get paid if we complete the survey but lately since last two weeks the surveys are not opening properly and everytime we get a reply to bear with them as they are upgrading this system.I am worried as we have invested good amount, hope it will not go down the drain.
Can You please tell us what is going on with this company since we cannot directly call to Singapore.
