Horrible experience

I have brought a product from specsmakers in the month of june 2016. Since the quality of the service and product did not meet my requirements. I have returned the product and requested for refund. However they did not accept my request. I gave my for repair two weeks back, service person replaces my specs with Other person’s specs, but he is arguing with me that I forgot my specs colour.horrible behaviour. It’s been two weeks still they haven’t repaired my specs.it’s in the drawer.initially they said no need to pay for frame repair.now he is asking to pay 999

    My frame was broken, I asked them whether they could repair it, they said it was possible to repair within a week.after two when I asked they gave me wrong specs, different frame and power.service person was arguing with me that I failed to identify my specs properly.when I showed my specs picture on my phone, he searched my specs in the drawer.still it is not repaired.initially they for frame service no cost, now he is asking to pay 999.horrible customer service

        Dear sir,
        I have made a transaction for specs makers on the 4.8, 2019 of this month. Unfortunately the product is not delivered till date. They had promised to deliver it on the 4th day that is on thursday that is on 8th aug 2019. I had paid an advance of 3000 rs for 1 pair that is for 2 glasses. Moreover the staff is rude and unruly. They want the full payment without giving the product, moreover they are not ready to issue a receipt for that purpose. The product is not ready so i would like to cancel the same..
