This firm owner suvrat vats make me loose my 2 lakh and now not responding me from more then 10 months

By seeing performance shared by SPHTA Enterprises in telegram group, I opted for portfolio management service with 40:60 ratio profit sharing basis where he promised 25% return weekly.. I started with capital 1 lakh.. before opting he assured me for capital protection..he made zero in 4 months.. on 1st day of trading he made 47k.. on asking he replied market is very volatile.. don’t worry, will recover.. he dint gave me chance to share profit since opting his service.. not even once.. he used to get profit around 3k to 4K 1 call and loose around 20k in another.. he neither keep stop loss nor target.. he dint have any discipline in trading .. finally he took 3 calls at a time and made my capital zero .. he did not booked profit wen it was running with profit 1k in each call.. he carry that 3 calls for almost 2 weeks.. I used to remind him daily, please see that 3 positions are open.. he used to reply that don’t worry wl manage.. he dint bother wen it’s reach loss 50% in each call.. he said.. wait till expiry don’t worry.. keep patience.. in last week of expiry his statements did not change wen it reach 75% loss in each call.. at end of month of expiry he made my capital zero in October month expiry.. upon asking to reimburse my loss several times he blocked in telegram group.. his telegram id is @ suvatusp.. he is running telegram group with name “sauda pakka hai trading agency “ SPHTA enterprises..
I want my capital back .. please help me in getting my capital back from him .. I did blunder by opting his service.. he don’t have value of his words.. just simply he blocked me..help me in getting my loss back please

This man is providing trading service to everyone. But he has no knowledge about trading. He traded with my money and made loss of Rs. 40, 000. I want compensation the loss he made. This loss is mentally disturbing me.what decision i take further i don't know plzzz help me

He is fooling many people. He also has page called "Sauda Pakka Hai Trading Agency". I also checked that his followers are also reducing which means he has cheated with many people.

He later on told me that he will refund the loss made by him. But now he has stopped responding and also not refunding my money.

Kindly Stop his UPI transactions and also close all this accounts as soon as possible so that others are not cheated. And help me to get compensation.
