i could not get PC suite of spice s 707n for window xp. so i am facing problen to connect my pc with internet via mobile....

not proper response about my daed mobile
Dear Sir,
i have submited my mobile in spice authorised service centre in gwalior (kapoor service center).
submit date :12/11/2008
deliver date :20:11:2008
today date :24/12/2008
we still not receive my mobile,
nobody give me any proper response from service centre and bhopal office
bhopal person is :deep no is ([protected])
plz resolve this probelm as soon as posible
