Sir, I am a customer of sr cabel from shujalpur, mp. My sr cabel operator has taken me an advanced amount for one year and give me all chanels for only 6 months and after trai new rule he stop her services and demand more money for one month he charge 350 rs and service only free to air channels (fta) and not even refund my money and not make customer able to chose there own channels and pay 350rs per month for all channels which I dont want and too costly. So, please help me and solve my problem ASAP.

"my cable tv operator service provider is not clearing dish tv plans as well as he is saying that only rs 300 or rs 350 plans are available. When i asked his pls provide basic plan of rs 130+gst to me, then he said that recently this plan is not available so request you to pl help from your end in this regard.
