Gokulam is a scam. They give different information before paying the amount and once you pay the amount it’s complete opposite. I was told I’ll get 5K per month and it keeps adding every month but once I paid the amount they completely denied it. I had even asked for charts but they don’t show it until you pay the amount. It’s a total scam and do not invest in it....

It's regards to closure of my uncle account Due to corona pandemic, he was not able to continue the chit and there was a due. Chit period is over already and our cheque was presented and bounced. We met the AGM at Bathery branch and he did not provide the proper detail till now. We need to close this account as ASAP and get relieved from it. Please help...

Never ever go for this Gokulam chit company, First the secretary outside kodambakkam office will check whether your wearing new dress or not, if a customer wear a short and tshirt you aren't allowed, Worst customer care, Thank God thought of investing in this chit company. God saved us

I paid 12000 chit 1.5 months, now my business was closed, now I can't able to continue. I try to close my chit, they said paid full amount to company they never pay any amount to me. I want my money...

I paid 9month due i need cash so I meet the branch manager he could not respond to my chit they are fraud cheating my money so I wirte a letter to give me my money 86300 he tell me the full amount not to be pay only 75000 only i give becase of his company rule they cheating my people so don't join any new customer particular the Ambattur branch is very bad response to me

I joined chits and at the time of holding chit they asked for fake extra charges, manager lady was so arrogant and rude and manipulated my parents and called to office to insult us.. refund amount is taking long and not crediting . I need my money back

I have paid all payments evey month correctly even during those covid duration also.But I have received 18 th chit settlement instead of 19th chit amount. While I asked in branch they said one month chit we deleted .Even i contacted head office they replied we stoped one month, but they received my payment in branch office. Even paid all payments correctly I received lower settlement amount instead of exact settlement amount. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this.

After making all my payments which they asked me to pay they are now asking me to pay additional interest they are blackmailing saying they have my cheque please help me

I am thanooja, i am a coustomer of you since 2010. Now i am facing issues. The issues are.. i have joined 4 chits of 5 lakh on 2018. due covid situation 2 of my payment got delayed for 2 chts. And i haven't taken any money for that chits. And the fully payed rest 2 chits i take the money by giving property documents. Now i have payed and completed the 2 chits which i took money. And now they are not giving the money of the 2 chits which i got delayed.they are telling un necessary reasons. Now they are telling that i need to pay intrest for the pending money of the compleated chits.
So i request you to take a look in to this issue.

Dear Sir,

I had subscribed to chit group G2E/2409/DLL for chit value of Rs.100, 000/- from your chit company on 19/01/2019 and duration of the said chit was 20 installments and the payment of each installment is of Rs.5, 000/-. After bidding the said chit on 19/09/2019 the company issued cheque for Rs.75, 000/- and I received the said cheque. The duration of the chit subscribed by me is 20 installments and ends on 19/08/2020. Meanwhile during the pandemic lock down I had availed the moratorium as suggested by you. Thereafter the outstanding amount as you told towards the closure of the above chit was paid on 20/01/2020. But you demanded me to pay some more amount for closure of the chit .I was ready and willing to pay the arrears if any and I demanded the statement of arrears which you are not ready to give. Reiterating the fact that I’m ready and willing to pay the arrears if any, I should get a statement of the same in writing that how much arrears I’ve to pay towards the closure of the chit. Instead of furnishing a statement, you are threatening me to pay the arrears you are demanding orally and failing of which its consequences. Being a reputed company you are not supposed to behave in this manner to the customers which will smash your benevolence.

The chit details given above was closed & cheque issued on 6 but it was given today, we did not received& returned to office, another chit was paid for 2 year, collection book taken to office before 1 month & told to pay 3000, 10000 taken for loan repayment & they said amount is 78400, but the said amount cheque was not yet raised yet, no response for the customer old chit, very much delay, no feed back, , worst in returning the chit amount to customers on time, why should I leave my money in your company for so many days after closing.
If any emergency it is worst to put chit I ur company,

I ASAD HUSSAIN Being GOKULAM CUSTOMER SINCE 15 years now facing problems with your SHIVAJI NAGAR BANGALORE BRANCH. As soon as the new lady branch manager came. Customers facing lots of problems. I have applied for chit on 07/02/2020 and cheque date 07/03/2020 issued from central office. But manager didn't gave me holding with him for 82 days and creating lots of problems for me. Asking me to pay balance for the period of lock down. How can I pay dues for lock down with out any earning. Is their any possibility or mentality or just creating problems for me. After paying amount for the period of lock down they finally. I need a clarification for this delay. Kindly look in to my matter or I have to file complaint.issued

My name is shiju mohan cl.i have auctioned two chits of two lakhs and 3 lakhs on february .they didnt gave me the payment till today due to lockdown what to do sir.my payment date was on march 27.my gokulam chit branch is on kuruppam road thrissur.mr thampi is the manager of that branch.

I am an chit holder for sree gokulam chit finance for 300000, due to my neccessity needed to acquire the auction amount on my 10 th repayment. As informed by the collection agent today i went there for documentation on ulloor trivandrum branch, afer all documentation they give me a cheque amount of 237450, which is less than my eligible amount. On my enquiry the manager said that this is error of there computer not the clerical mistake, they can give me the cheque of my eligible amount only after one month and also he made a offer that to collect this cheque and forgot my loss 3000 rupees. We are not begging gokulam for money, that is our money we have the right to get correctly. Also we are acquiring this chit for many business purposes due to the lack of company we got huge loss. I. Want my eligible amount within this month

Iam going to take my 2lakhs chit but hosur branch manager asking property land documents for only 2lakhs... After 10lakhs chit what property they r asking i dnt no. So only iam going to quit my 10lakhs chit.. Really worst behavior....
