Sri Datri Developers And Promoters Complaints & Reviews

During the Real estate expo held in Malleswaram, Sri Datri developers took an advance amount with an assurance to return the same amount if we're not satisfied with the plot. Guess what I didn't my advance back. The cheque which I received bounced twice. Now the company is not returning my calls. It's so frustrating that I trusted and gave them money.

One year back I have cancelled my site due to personal reasons on assurance by Mr. Vasu and I have waited for 3-5 months last year they are not refunding amount if you visit office they will make us to sit 2-3 hrs then the receptionist will come and say as managers gone for site visit please come later then if you call also they will not respond if they give cheque please don't accept that cheque will bounce that too they will post one month dated cheque they will give. Md.manjunath call and say will make weekly payment he will do 1-2 payments then he will also not pick the call he will put the call in block list. Sowmya will threaten to remove review and complain . They will accept the money but they will not refund last month I have raised a complaint in rera my mother visited to there office then sowmya cried and said to remove review and complaint. My mother accepted and then they gave half payment now cheque got bounced now no one is responding

Plz suggest to get my money

I have booked a site in sri datri developers (hessaragatta project) I have paid rs. 240000 and I have cancelled site on March 2021 in on that time there executive Mr. Vasu as assured me as he will settle my amount in one month but till they have given 90000rs (25000×3 +15000) that too when they have intrest if we have call them they will not respond to any of the calls and if we visit ther office they will make us to sit in one cabin for more 2-3hours after that they will come and say like managers and others gone out. Usually they will not pick the calls if we call from new number they will rudely and they will scold us and they will disconnect the call

Plz help us to get my money back

Hi sir I have purchased a site in Datri developer in Hesaraghatta project after some time I have cancelled that site due to financial problem and In Datri developer manager vasu assured as he will refund amount in 1month while cancelling, till not they have not refunded almost 3months over if we call also not answering the and not responding once I will second time my number will be in block list Plz do the needfull
