We had a need for a maid cum nanny service at home. The gentleman Narendar, spoke very well and guaranteed excellent services. He promised that the customer service attitude is his motto and that he is a man of ethics and integrity. Naturally, I was impressed and took his service.

He asked for registration fee of 3, 000 which we negotiated and reduced to 2, 000. Then he sent a person to my house with the agreement copy. The agreement said that there is a 15, 000 annual charge. I didn't recollect being told that, or I would've refused services upfront. When I talked to him, he sent me an audio recording. Turns out, he had recorded my phone conversation without my knowledge. In the recorded, I could see that he mentions the registration fee of 3, 000 and while negotiating salary for the maid (15, 000) he says he will take 15, 000 as annual fee. This part was not described clearly to me and in the recording its clear that I didn't understand or acknowledge paying the amount. It sounded like he was talking about the salary of 15k. He sent me late night text to remind me to pay the 2k fee and to get papers started. In that alsobhe didn't mention the annual fee.

I fed the maid, paid he travel costs and sent her back with the agreement copy and requested a refund. No surprise there, he did not refund. He said it was my fault. If he is truly all that he had said, he would've identified an honest mistake. No normal person would want to do all this on purpose.

My only advice to whoever is working with him is to be cautious and get the entire deal clarified before making any payment or commitment.

Shruty goenka, she is a brahmin lady, she approched us for baby care and house care.

We have sent the maid age 25 years female who got ample experience in both the fields, shruti goenka use to send the maid to her mother's house also to work with out our knowledge. This is her attitude towards maids and cunningness towards company.

Shruti goenka has not signed the agreement and giving false excuses that we will sign the same and send, here shruti goenka writes that agreement is in the favour of company when all customers signs and sends to us with out any amendments if they want as no customer asked us for amendments, customer calls and asks if any clarity on agreement we clarify they sign and send the agreement. Till now all our customers signed and sent the agreement.

Comming to the money part : we have sent the maid after 2 days of her work satisfaction we have asked the month shruti has post poned the payment after maid reached the house and worked for 2 days also, she says am not in town. After follow up she paid the money with ill intension only.

Comming to replacement:shruti goekna accumulated all her monthly napkins in the in the bathroom since long then maid insisted to remove, but with force she maid removed the napkins maid worked in these situation also, maid worked at mother place also with out any issue shruti askes for replacements a maid worked such nicely in all conditions, shruti is creating the false alligation on the maid and on the company.

Her husband speaks un parliament language as a brahmin, and she is very rude lady please! So after maid worked for a week in these situation shruti sent her back silently with out company consent and finally shruti pressurised us also to take the maid back we felt that she is not able to pay salary 15000 per month and did all these malicious acts.

Comming to refund: shruti paid us 15000 (Reg fee 2000 non refund and 13000 fee for year)

Maid worked for a week with maximum pressure and with abusive atmosphere also.

7 days @ 500 per day =3500
Registration fee =2000
Total =5500
Shriti paid us 15000, we have deducted as agreed 5500 and paid her 9500 on line transferred, which shruti not updated in her version.

So with these instance you all can judge what is shruti.

So we are highly honest and integrity since 12 yeays with own office with registered company an per the company act.
