we booked a gas cylinder on july 15, 2014 through online, but we didnt get the gas cylinder after 15 days. when we asked our delivery person he told he didnt get any such order, but when we checked in online.., it has mentioned cylinder has been delivered on 27th....

non replacement of gas regulator
this is to bring to your notice that my gas cylinder is leaking due to fault in the regultor. last thursday[protected] i went to the office and i raised a complaint and the manager asked me to bring the customer subscription vochure.
i took the voucher on friday but they had asked me to come on monday[protected] today they don't seem to replying to my problem rather saying that 20 other people are having the same problem and ignoring...
