I booked dining table paid 8000/- i. E 50/% advance they promised deliver 15 to 20 days after one month also they not respond to phones when i went to shop they r abusing they are behaving very bad with customers they are not willing to listen to us and saying that why r u coming to purchase here we will be like that only if we don't give dining table what should u do. If i not deliver dining table also u cannot do anything it will take 6...

Poor Quality of cots

I have bought cot from veerabadra furnitures Sanath Nagar , Hyderabad .After two months wood is completely got damaged becuase of its poor quality and kilos of powder coming out of the cot . I asked them for the replacement of cot. But they are not accepting . I want either get back my money or replacement for the cot . Kindly suggest me how to proceed legally on them.
