I booked tickets for the movie dev on 14.2.2019 at 7:35 pm. Also i placed my order as one popcorn and coco cola combo with two black forest cakes. But they gave me one cake. We are asking about it in the intermission at the f & b counter. They told as we will give you the another one within ten minutes, but still the end of the movie... They did not...
After show while we asking about this...
They refund the cash...

If you don't know how to satisfy your customers with your employees, give that job to me to show how to behave in a work. Have this complaint always in your mind and heart.

On friday i went to movie titled 'velaikaran'
In car, they charged rupees 50 for parking against the government rules of charging 20. As tamilnadu government has changed rules to charge rupees 20 for car parking they charged 50 and when i asked abt this to a worker there he said he was instructed to charge the mentioned amount and said he didn't know abt that

I have booked tickets for theeran adhigaram ondru for 19.11.17 platinum 10.40 pm show time my booking in internet shows ticket are available in row a b c but i have booked ticket in counter but they gave me only row d 20 to d 23 4 tickets i like to have proper reply or action reg this where i feel ur counter persons are cheating on me if i have not answered properly iam not interested to visit ur theatre again in my life time with my family

Sri Sakthi cinemas providing food products is very higher price not responding customers ex.water bottle rs.40 seller higher than mrp price. Customers asking questions they are not properly answer the question they said this is our price u may like buy the product or do ur work Iam so.upset this kind of response because they sold ticket 120 and food products are so higher compare to other theatre please action immediately.
