I am a regular passenger of your transport service. On 5th august i booked ticket from chennai to madurai (TN 19 S 7580). The staff who checked the passenger list was misbehaving and using harsh words against me. I request the management to take a necessary action else staffs like him will spoil your reputation. Please don't travel in this transport.. Its very worst service in life.. They are just money minded.. There is no caring about ladies, child. My boading time was 9.45 but they call at 11.45 and ask to come to other place which is 18 kms away from city. At 12 o' clock they make me to walk 2kms, Even if they wont take care about that .. There is no timing nothing please dont try this one. This kind of peopole shut go to hell...
