I have invested Rs.85, 000/- in 2 FDs as under:

Till date I have not received the above amount. Please help to get my hard earning money from SRS Ltd.

Despite our so many follow-up vide email and telephonic we did not get any response from their side.

Please help us to get our hard money invested in SRS LTD.

Please take action against cheat company SRS Ltd.andplease do help to return my hard earning money from SRS Ltd

Invested rs. 2, 00, 000/- (2 lacs) in srs limited on 24/11/2015 for 3 years. On 20-nov-2018, received cheque of rs. 2 lacs from srs limited.

Received cheque of rs. 2, 00, 000/- dated 24/nov/2018 drawn on axis bank limited towards fixed deposit made vide fd, deposited but not cleared due to insufficient funds.

I did not receive any cheque of interested amount of rs. 88, 287/-.

Dear madam,

As per mutual consent, the srs ltd. Had provided me post dated cheques (Pdcs) drawn on axis bank limited towards fixed deposit made vide various fdrs, as per details given hereunder:

I presented cheque at sr. No.1 on 25th october, 2017 and cheques at sr, no.2, 3, & 4 on 21.2.2018 to my bankers (Bank of india) which were got bounced by them with the remarks “funds insufficient” on 26.10.17 and 22.2.18 respectively and accordingly and they have charged rs.285 and rs.885/- as bouncing of cheques. (Photocopies of the returned cheques and return memos and payment of bouncing charges are attached for your easy reference).

In this connection, it is pertinent to mention that on bouncing of cheque on 26.10.2017 for rs.36, 972, i informed the company and explaining my circumstances requested for payment of the same but with no result. On a number of occasions, i was assured that the company is arranging funds and i need not put the cheques in the bank. Uptil now i was co-operating and managing my affairs but my prevalent circumstances are not allowing me to wait any more.

You are now requested to make the immediate payment (Through rtgs) of –
A) bounced cheques at sr.1, 2, 3, & 4
B) payment of interest for the delayed period from the due date till the date of payment
C) bouncing charges (Stated above); failing which i will initiate criminal proceedings against the company, signatory to the cheques and other concerned senior management persons as contemplated u/s 138 of the negotiable instrument act, at your risk and cost.
D) payment of cheques at sr. No. 5 & 6 lying with me.

Am a senior citizen and invested rs.200000/- in fixed deposit with srs limited. On 10/10/2017 my fd matured and i had sent me signed original fd to srs limited for repayment of my principle amount with accumulated interest of rs. 90433/-. I have not heard from srs limited ever since i have sent my original fixed deposit receipt to them. I then deposited my warrant with the principle amount of rs.200000/- which i had invested thinking that atleast i will recover my invested money but the cheque was dishonored. I again deposited the cheque which was linked to my other bank account and again the cheque was dishonored. The cheque has been dishonored thrice. I have been charged 25+250+500 as bank charges for the warrant being dishonored. I would like to recover my money from srs limited with interest. I kindly need assistance in this matter.

M/s srs limited not paying the maturity proceeds of rs. 1.45lacs of the fixed deposit which matured in nov. 2017.
I request the company to pay my deposit along with the interest.

I have tried to contact the company over phone and email, but not response coming from the company.
Request company to pay my deposit along with interest immediately as i am in urgent need of money.

I had invested 50000/- vide fdr no.5921, maturity was due on 5th nov. 17 but cheque bounce with penalty charges levied on me. Warrant no. Is 5905 kindly release other cheque with interest amount. If response is not givenwithin a week time i will file an application with appropriate forum

All fds are with12.5%annual interest payable quarterly by post dated cheques
At beginning of every financial year.
Desirable resolution of our complaint:
1. Request maturity amount of rrs40, 000/-for matured fdr no.7882.
2. Request quarterly interest cheques for fdrs no. S5912, 5913, 8088, 5911, 8682
&8299from1/4/2017 onwards.

Photo copy of letter dated25/11/2016 regarding nlct order for repayment scheme is also uploaded herewith.
The repayment due as per the order is not made.

I have a fixed deposit of rs 1 lakh with the company and it was matured 6 months ago but the company is not paying me the interest nor the principle amount.
The post-dated principle amount cheque given by the company also bounced and the bank has charged me for rs.700.
I have also tried to contact srs limited several times but they are not responding properly.

We had done fixed deposit with SRS of amount 50, 000 rupees which has already matured in Sep'16. They are not paying amount to me. Also they did not pay interest of last month. I have been calling them but no progress till now.

It has been 24 days I am waiting continuously.

I hope they will listen me through this channel and give me my hard-earning money back to me.

I did two FD 11982, 11983 in the name of My son Himanshu Kaushik and Mayank Kaushik on 16/02/2016 for Rs. 1.60 lacs & Rs. 1.50 lacs respectively. When FD, s were done, there was on programme of any function in the family but all of a sudden a suitable match came and I fixed marriage of my elder Son Himanshu which is being solemnised on 24th November 2016. To meet the expenses of marriage function I applied for premature refund of the FD, s and sent FDR, s to the company but company has returned the FD, s without the refund cheque and saying anything. I need only my principal amount then what is the problem with the company that they are not paying even my principal amount . Concerned authority is requested to direct the company to arrange refund of my basic amount of FD as early as soon .

Gave rs 100000 as fixed deposit against the fdr no-9242 on 18/9/2015. The maturity date was 17/9/2016.in spite of several reminders and emails and personal visit no payment has been made till date.

I am a senior citizen of 72 years. I am a retired teacher with a no employment. I suffer from diseases which inhibit much movement. Even so i went to faridabad office. There were ms mamta assured me of payment within a week which ended on 5/10/2016. When i called her on 7/10/16 she made no response.
