Srt Travels Complaints & Reviews

I usually travel from Namakkal to paramathi velur in SRT travels. I travel with my husband, my 8 year old daughter. I booked the ticket through paytm and no conditions were mentioned about age limit for having valid ticket. But in their site alone they have rules like children above 8 yrs should have valid ticket. For the past 3 years no one informed me and suddenly today they collected half ticket which is 600rs which is ridiculous. I traveled two days back from Chennai to namakkal and no one informed this rule.. Rules should be same for all the bus functioning under a travels. The bus driver didn't let us talk to their manager and was keen in getting 600rs.

I traveled in SRT bus on 26/05/2018 boarding time 1.00pm at salem to chennai. In this bus AC was not work. Both the drivers not responded properly and we tried reach salem office but they did not picked call. all the passengers in the bus struggled a lot without AC and that too upper berth passengers faced more difficulties. I dont know how these people taking bus without checking all this, just imagine if they commit the same mistake with braking or some other system.
