Further to mention that our subject business domain was deactivated in the month of october 2016 suddenly we came to know that our domain is being misused and sending emails to our network which is causing harm to our business.
When we contacted our service provider we have been informed that our subject domain is being misused by one mr. Abhi aggarwal ([protected]) address not known to us, mr. Abhi aggarwal was associated with our company to look after amc of software and his services were discontinued in 2012.
Our service provider has also infomed us that he is using email id [protected]@interpartsmarketing.net and also controlling our website too
You are requested to please register our complaint and pursue for the suitable action.

निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि पीडिता अंजना जो कि धार्मिक विचार वाली नारी है। आये दिन उसके घर वाले जैसे जेठ शिवकुमार उर्फ पप्पन गाली गलोच करते रहते हैं तथा मारते पीटते हैं और समय समय पर मारने की धमकी देते रहते है।
अतः एक बार पहले भी नीरज पुत्र शिवकुमार गाली गलोच से मारने की धमकी दे चुका है और पीडिता का पति भी अपने रिश्तेदारो एवं घर वालो के पक्ष मे रहता है। और उसको ही दोषी ठहराता है। और अन्जना की कोई बात नही सुनता है। इसी वजह से अंजना डर के कारण घर से मरने के लिए कोई रास्ता सोचती रहती है। दिनांक 08/01/2017, दिन रविवार समय 11ः45 प्रातः अंजना को पीटकर घर से बाहर जाने के लिए और मरने के लिए मजबूर किया इस समय अंजना घर बाहर और आत्महत्या का प्रयास कर चुकी है। अतः अंजना को जान का खतरा है।
अतः दिनांक-28/5/2017 दिन रविवार समय 10ः30 पर आरोपियो ने दोबारा महिला को पीटा, अतः महिला उत्पीडन की धारा मे विपक्षी गण पर कार्यवाही की जाये।
अतः प्रार्थी अंजना को न्याय दिलाने की जल्द से जल्द कोशिश करे अन्यथा कोई हादसा या विवाद दुर्घटना होती है तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी पुलिस प्रशासन कानून की होगी।

Sir, i have booked 3bhk flats orgainc ghar project of rise projects pvt. Ltd. Flat no,.108 tower -2 the name of radha builder taken the money lie basis, fraud basis booking amount 340000/- wrong flat hand over time convey to me and when all facts front of me shown as making the park not shown the agreement some doubts created hdfc bank sudden stop the loan facility so i have not sign the agreement and informed to the builder cancelled the same and refund my amount -340000/- as soon as. But builder not proper responding builders employee threading to me will not return your money and creating the pressure to me for signing the agreement. Kindly arrange to my booking amount -340000/- from the builder due to builder not responding to properly.

Builder created the pressure sign the agreement according to the builder else money not return back to me. Builder told me this is our work lie basis taken the money.

Dear Sir,
The anti social elements on the above road are active. The romeos are gathered here and there and troubles the residents and their spouses. The situation becomes very awkward specially from 4.0 PM to 9.00 PM. Many incidents of chain snatching have happened here. No regular police petrol is there. These elements are so daring that if somebody requests them not to create such situation, they are used to quarrel with the residents. The girls are finding very difficult to go to school. It is requested that necessary action and regular police petrol may please be done

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं ओमवती पत्नी श्री जगदीश कुमार निवासी म. न. 978, सेक्टर-9, पुराना विजय नगर, ग़ाज़ियाबाद, अपनी बुजुर्ग माँ का एक कमरा बनवाने का ठेका मय माल के रूपये 110000/- में ओमबीर पुत्र श्री तेजराम निवासी म. न. 167, भीम चौक, सुभाष नगर कॉलोनी मेरठ रोड घूकना मोड गली न. 10, ग़ाज़ियाबाद जिसका फ़ोन न. [protected], [protected] & [protected] दिनांक 21-9 2016 को गवाहों के बीच जिसका विवरण रूपये 10 के स्टेम पेपर पर किया गया है जिसकी एक प्रतिलिपि आपके मार्गदर्शन के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ दी गयी है, जिसमे काम का पूरा ब्यौरा दिया गया है। जिसका काम ठेकेदार को कमरे कि छत डालने से शुरू करके बिजली, पानी कि पूरी फिटिंग करके देने तक तय था परंतु उसने रुपए 95000/-लेने के बाद भी कमरे का पूरा प्लास्टर तक नही किया गया! इस काम का ठेका दिए हुए छह महीनो से अधिक हो चुके हैं।
श्री मान जी, छत डालने के बाद से उसने काम को धीरे कर दिया और कभी प्लंबिंग का सामान लाना है कभी बिजली सामान लाना कभी मटिरिअल लाना कहकर पैसे लेता रहा, पर काम उसके अनुसार नहीं किया । जिससे तय की गयी रकम का अधिकतम भाग ले चूका है परंतु ठेकेदार की लापरवाही से काम पूरा नहीं हो पाया, वो एक बार बीच में दिनाँक[protected] को बहुत बुलाने पर घर आया था तब उसने बाकि का बकाया रुपए 15000/-काम करने के बाद मे देने को कहकर दो दिन बाद से काम शुरू करने को कहा था, दो दिन के बाद जब उसे हमने फ़ोन किया कि आप काम करने क्यों नही आये तो वह तभी से फ़ोन पर टालमटोल करता चला आ रहा है।
श्री मान जी, उसके बार-बार फ़ोन बंद करने और न. बदलने से उससे बात नहीं हो रही है मैं और मेरी बुजुर्ग माँ महिलाये हैं “ये दोनों मेरे कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकती” ऐसा समझकर कहता हैं “मुझे काम नहीं करना जो करना हैं करलो ऐसे एग्रीमेंट चार पांच पड़े हैं हमारे पास” श्री मान जी, मैंने ये कमरा बनवाने के लिए कर्जे पर पैसा लिया है जिसकी जानकारी मैंने पहले से ठेकेदार को दे दी थी तब उसने हमें ये आश्वाशन देते हुए कहा था की मैडम जी आप चिंता मत कीजिये ये तो बहुत छोटा काम है मैं इसे 20 से 25 दिनों में ख़त्म कर दूंगा छह महीनों से अधिक हो चुके और अब ये काम मे आनाकानी कर रहा है, और कहता कि मैं काम नही करूँगा पहले तो फ़ोन करने पर कहता था आज आऊंगा कल आऊंगा, परन्तु अब उसने फ़ोन बंद कर दिया है।
मैंने ठेकेदार के भाई जिसका नाम ओमपाल है फ़ोन न. [protected] को भी कई बार फ़ोन करके उसे बुलाने की कोशिश कि वो भी कहता है कि आपने ठेका दिया है और उसे ये काम अवश्य ही पूरा करना चाहिए “हम तो उसे कह -कह कर थक कि उनका काम कर दो वो बहुत दिनों से परेशान हो रहीं हैं” पर वो हमारी कोई बात नही सुनता, तो आप उसी से बात करो आप मुझे फ़ोन मत करो इसमें हमारी कोई जिम्मेदारी नही है ।
आखिर में थक हार कर दिसम्बर के शुरू में हम उसके घर गए नोटबंदी का हवाला देते हुए उसने हमें मजदूरी हम देंगे और मटिरिअल वो डलवा देगा और 8 से 10 दिनों में काम शुरू करने को कहा पर वो नहीं आया तब हमने उसे कहा के या तो काम करो या पैसा वापस करो तब उसने 15 दिन के बाद उसने 6 दिन काम करवाया जिसमे हमारे 5000 /- रुपए मजदूरी देने में लग गए और फिर उसने कहा अब मेरे पास पैसे नहीं है जब पैसे होंगे तब काम होगा तब से अब तक वो काम करने नहीं आया। अतः पुरे 1, 00, 000 /- रूपये देने के बाद भी हमारा कार्य छह महीनो से अधूरा पड़ा है।
श्री मान जी, इस कमरे के ना बनने से हमें बहुत परेशानी हो रही है मेरी बुजुर्ग माँ अकेले ऊपर टीन के कमरे में रहती है, अपनी मां के लिए मैं ये कमरा बनवा रही हूँ परंतु काम अधूरा रहने से परेशानी हो रही है ना तो नहाने की कोई जगह है ना सौचालय की, और ना ही कमरे में दरवाजे है जिससे कोई भी घर में आसानी से आ सकता है मैंने उसे बहुत बार ईमानदारी से काम करने और कर्जे पर पैसे लेने कि बात कही पर उसने बार- बार बातें बनाकर अपने पैसे बनाये और अब वो काम ना करने की फ़िराक में है।
श्री मान जी अब आप ही मेरी आखरी उम्मीद है जो मेरी कुछ मदद कर सकते है इसीलिए मैं यह आवेदन कर रही हूँ । मुझे आशा है कि आप हमारी परेशानियो पर जल्द से जल्द गौर करेंगे और कोई समाधान निकालेंगे कृपया आप ठेकेदार से मेरा काम पूरा होने में जो भी रकम लगे वो दिलवाने की कृपा करे क्योँकि अब जब वो काम से इंकार कर रहा तो अगर मैं उससे काम करवाऊँ तो भी वो काम ठीक से नहीं करेगा अतः आप काम में लगने वाला पैसा उससे दिलवाने की कृपा करें आपकी अति कृपया होगी।

(a) My car was stolen on 18 Feb 17 from Indirapuram at 1130AM.

(b) I have lodged an FIR on the same day Ref FIR No. 200 dated 18 Feb 17.

(c) The videos recorded by CCTV during the theft shows the culprit as well as the car in which he had come with his accomplice.

(d) I have handed over these videos personally to the IO Shahnawaz Ahmed and HC Rajeev Kumar.

(e) However, after 10 days of theft, there is no news of my car nor the culprit whose photo is available.

(f) Please help me in getting back my car which has been purchased by me with my hard earned money.

We the resident of kamadgiri and trishul tower, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad[Opposite Anand vihar bus stand] are facing a lot of problem and public nuisance created by unauthorized parking That lots of noise is created by pressure Horn of these buses, and due to which our children can not study properly and exams are to be held in next month do any other activity 2. That we are not even able to have proper sleep, as we are working from and travelling 2-3 hours to reach our office and proper and sound sleep is necessary for 3. That for proper education a concentration has to be made which is consistently broken by the Pressure horn of these buses 4. The single reason is that buses are parked unauthorised, and picking passengers from roads blocking the main roads, causing traffic Jam any vehicle or bus behind will start blowing huge Pressure horn, thus creating a lot of noise 5. Sir, about 15 to 20 labour is living near our residence at KA block, sector 12 pratap vihar ghaziabad. It is exactly in front of KA 272. They are living there from more then a year in the name of construction. and they are 15 to 20 in no. sir, they take bath and sanitate on road and throw grabage everywhere. If we ask them not to do so, they start fighting with us. Sir we resident of KA block sector 12 pratap vihar are living in a very bad condition beacuse of this. Hence we request you to kindly look into this matter and remove these illegal jhuggis in front of KA272 sector 12, ka block pratap vihar ghaziabad. My sister gave telephonic complaint to police 100 number, police came and not cooperated to my sister and returned back.she is not safe by her husband and son.
