I have ordered 2bags from this website called staplestreet.in 1month ago. But not received any update or the bags. It was a prepaid order. I want my money back please....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Complaining about a payment that I have but the product I do not receive
I ordered a bag from staplestreet and when I gave my payment Your client KRISHNABEN BHARATBHAI SUHAGIYA was being send the money but the product that ordered has not receive and its almost a month now so is there anyway I could get my money back because I cannot even contact them through email and there is only an email address...
