I moved to Mumbai from Singapore in March 2020 and stuck here due to lockdown. Later I decided to stay here and hired Star Cargo to courier my luggage from Singapore to Mumbai, India. Its been 4 months and I only received one small packet and everytime I call, they say its with customs. Its been 120 days and I am still awaiting my luggage. Please help .

I hired this company for moving my personal items from singapore to chennai in june. Items were delivered within 20 days buy thats where the problems started. We had counted 17 boxes which wad packed, on delivery we noticed that the sizes of the boxes were smalĺ and mant items are missing. They had moved the items from the earlier packed boxes, all those well packed plates, glasses all broken condition. Many of items are still missing. We have been following up, all false replies that will call and update, no one replied so far. Please beware of his cargo company.
