I can't submit all documents required by my starclicks payout account as a student, i can only submit some of it which i have submitted but no response from the company yet....

I would like some help: i receive payout of 20 usd to my paypal account after that i referred my cousin and sister, doing so i got 0.16 commission they told me to sign a economic profile questionaire in which i did. from that day until now i havent heard anything more from star-click and also i only got 3 0r 4 ads to click and i cant upgrade... i need someone to talk with me so i can understand whats the matter...
