I also booked 2 farmhouses in Star City Bombay but I guess these people done fraud with all the customers...Lets show the unity and need to take a legal action against these guys..

Dear Sir,

I have booked 2 farm houses in Star City, Mumbai and 3 plots with Parrallel homes i.e. Pradeep & Vikas sajjan. Now they have changed office in Delhi and get shifted somewhere in noida. Regarding the possession no update from them. Do you have any update regarding these mumbai projects (Star City, Pragati velly ) and Aravalis in Jaipur.

I guess, it's time to take a legal action against these fraudsters. Looking forward for your response...

I have booked a Farm Land in their Project STAR CITY in Mangaon Distt. Raigarh, Maharasthra on 14th Aug 2007 and as per application they will allot the said land within 15 months time but without information they have changed location in a different location altogether which is not acceptable to me. So i requested them with written letter as agreed terms in application they will refund our money with simple interest of 10%, but they are not honouring their commitments. till date i have paid Rs. 186, 945-00

I have similar complaint. This Party is a big FRAUD. I had booked a Farm Land in their Project STAR CITY in Mangaon Distt. Mr. Pradip Sajjan, Mr. Jayesh and Mr. Vikas Sajjan of this company are so crooked people that they kept telling me on phone that my cheque for refund is ready and is under signatures last year i.e. 2008 but now these swindlers are not even lifting the phone for reply. Even they have surrendered their landline of MTNL of their Andheri office in Mumbai.

I am in the same situation. I have given them 2+ lakhs Rs for this farm land. They are promising for refund for more than a year now and has not refunded any amount. Yes they are a big fraud.

I have seen the site at Mangaon but construction is going on at that site and everything is normal and went to their office at andheri .they showed me all the papers regarding title and i have made further payments due .

this is Rajan from Delhi have booked 3 acres plot with them and visited their office twice at mumbai and delhi also but didnot find any foul played by them .they seems to be transparent and showed me all the papers in original and copies of approval obtained from town planning alibagh, the same i showed it to my solicitor and found ok .they have total of 279 acres of land they told me peoples are not paying the demands and thats why project is getting delayed .i further took their account statement which shows around 8% of the total project cost they have received .
They have discarded all their brokers who for commissions doing all this to them .
if you have any other clue or info please share with me too

thanks for updating, i have booked property with star indai projects in their project star city, but found the people genuine and transparent as rajan said .
i have paid them 9 lacs for 1 acre plot got allottment .i think mr faizan is broker with them and booked my plot as well thru lajo properties surat .
i have copies of their title search report, 7/12 extract which is authenticated document as per title is concerned along with copy of approved plan from townplanning .

There seems to be some kind of disconnect in the p. People who say that Star India Projects have been fraudulent in their dealings. I suspect a foul play also as some people who want to malign the image of the company are using others names and posting wrong comments here.

I am based in the USA and have booked property with them not just in Star City - Farm House Project but also in their other projects around Mumbai. I challenge the facts mentioned by some people here.

I was in India in the month of May 2009 and seen the site personally. Also the property papers are with the Mumbai office to be checked. They have a huge landbank in the direct name of their Directors and they are satisfactorily delivering the project. Yes the project has been delayed a bit but the reason has been outlined very well above by one Mr. Rajan.

I challenge any claims to this regards raised by anyone.

I have booked two plots in STAR MEADOWS MURBAD ON 11/09/20069 AND WAS INFORMED THAT N.A. of the plots will be done by Sept.2009 then I received a letter on 29/09/2009 for a further payment
I paid sum of Rs.50, 000/- again. In all I have paid Rs.1, 00, 000/- and till date they are not in contact
On contacting over phone I was informed by one of the company employee that the registration will be done by 15/12/09 Now, today, i.e. 16/12/09 when I rang up Sandip Saajan brother of Mr.Pradip Saajan informed me that the n.a. has still not been received since it is govt. work it may take time and bu 30/12/09 it will come, while Mr.Pradip Saajan cannot be contacted as is phone cannot be reached.

I have invested in Star City - Farm House Project, Now what I hear is due to "Shiv Sena" and MNS the place is not safe for North-Indians and will have trouble in gettting the same registered, option give is to book plots in Noida, or take some plots in Mumbai. I wish to get the refund. let me know if anybody else have got the same reason.

i have booked farm house with them and i am from mumbai, there is nothing like shiv sena or MNS doing anything wrong with north indians .i booked farm house with them and due to unavoidable circumstance was unable to pay them from long and on .i met their director Mr .pradeep sajjan and get the same into their other project which is ready and already got the property registered in my name without any deductions.i think you should speak to him for your concern .

I see all the support and contribution from thier side and i really appreciate thier genuinity. i have provided with all the required information and support i wanted from thier side.. Keep up the good work and i understand thier will be negative crowd always to try to destroy anything nice happening.. good luck to star india projects and the hard working people of that organisation who helped me.

I have known the company for a very long time and its really disturbing to see these misleading and wrong comments written above.. I have invested a lot of money myself in the various projects of the company and i really think that wrong accusations should be stopped against them.. If any of the above mentioned people have any problems, why is that they not stepping inside thier office and resolve the issue? instead of writing choosing this ineffective way ??? so i think its just a method of rivalry in the form of these forum discussions ??? faking as customers and engaging in a cyberspace warfare ??? absolute disgrace...

Have you guys seen the KARJAT & MURBAD sites ??? GO VISIT IT and then you ll understand the genuinity...

This is Aditya Jajodia, Director of Seven Indian Heads Infrabuild Pvt Ltd. I am the actual owner of Star Meadows project in Murbad. The project consists of 329 N.A. approved plots. I have sold exactly 111 plots out of the total plots to Star India Projects. They are not the owners of the project but have just purchased 111 plots from me in bulk and are selling it further. But it is not not right on their behalf to project themselves as the owners of the project. There is no confusion regarding the same. They are just as a customer and are further reselling the plots purchased from me. The original 7/12 extracts are in my name as I am the 1st owner of the N.A. property. I have been dealing with sajjans and have invested funds ... they have been very forthright and upfront in all their deals ... there have been delays from my side in making payments which has notr been an issue at all by them .. i disagree to the claims, i would suggest all to discuss with Pradeep directly and resolve issues

We are issuing legal notice to star india projects Pradeep Sajjan & Sandeep Sajjan.

They have not completed their commitments towards the deal. Also, today onwards, we have banned their entry from our project site. We will not see to it that their mutations and 7/12 are not done. Any person dealing with them regarding our Murbad project shall deal completely at his own responsibility and consequences. We have till not given the possession of plots to star india.

Mr. Manoj, current rates are Rs. 150 per sq.ft. and we are not charging maintainance, transfer or development charges separately like the "Sajjan" fraudsters.

I have seen their sale deeds and 7/12 extracts and cross checked with tehsildar at murbad, he said you are fraud and cheating people, registrar also told me the same .he said youhave came here from very small village as you have no market reputation visited your thane office where i met your people Mr.Rajdeep singh .He is big mad and there were people standing who were crying for their salaries,
please see your home first Mr.Jajodia than blame others .

I am also victim of this cheaters Sajjans brothers.I have paid 2, 00, 000/- Rs. to them for booking of the plot at Starcity project at Mangaon.They have given me cheque of 100000 Rs as refund & there cheques has been bounced 3 times.after requesting them several times to pay the refund amount & after no result came, I filed a cheque return case against them on surat court.Now the warrant has been issued against them, They will be behind the bars soon.

I have booked a flat at grihashakti project by Star India Projects at Karjat
They told that possession will be given by June 2012 but till date there is no possession given
they are delaying the completion of work
also they have taken almost 80% of the money from us.
The construction looks very poor and there is already leakage, seepage and cracks on the walls
they were going to make the approach road but the road is still the broken old road.

i have booked 2 bhk flat in the griha shakti project in karjat, i frequently visit the construction site i am totally satisfied with the material they are using and quality work they are doing, I am always in touch with sajjan brothers, and they are realy very nice people.
i dont think there are any problem in the construction work.

some people are using wrong post to malign sandeep sajjan, owner of the griha shakti project, i have booked 2 flats in c wing, and work is going on there, there are using quality product, i really appreciate sandeep sajjan for all the quality work, very few builders are like him who give such a nice and quality work to their customers.
i will suggest all the customers like me to first visit the site then give any comment or compliment, because some people are fraud who wants to malign the reputation of sandeep sajjan.

I dont think work is bad, every thing is good, possession is little bit delay but i talked to pradeep sajjan he said due to quality work possession is delay,
otherwise everything is ok, no problem

By profession i m a civil engineer and i booked 1 flat in this company 1 year back for my cousin,
I had word with marketing staff and as per their info they will give possession in next 2-3 months.
Almost all construction company give delay possession, so this is not big issue,
15 days back i had visited the site and i found all best material is being used and there is no crack and leakage like anything,

as far as i remember they had promised possesion in feb2012 then they kept saying april 2012 and now they say october 2012.
if you visit the site the scenario looks like they have abandoned the work.
everything is incomplete
i dont think till next year august also the work would be completed
something is amiss the builder has eloped with the money
or this project is a fishy project

I have similar complaints, i have booked a form land at there preconceived projects, they took all the money and now they are receiving phones and all. they collected the money from door to door by sending representing and now they are launching several projects at delhi, noida, gurgaon etc to grave another fraud. i dont' understand how there people are launching new projects without refunding investor money of the failed project. not surprising it can happen only in india. Even I met/talked several times to pradeep sajjan told to be director of the company but he refused to refund the money. i had no option to go to for legal action and got the order from the court for refunding all money alongwith interest and penalty. very soon i am going to display the copy of order public to help the other sufferers.

Mr. Narendra told us that we will get ready in July 2012. but till date we din't gate it. Since last 6 months we are asking him but every time he is giving the answer that in 2 or 3 months it will be done.

i have received notice from M/s star india projects in 2011 for defamation suit of 2000 lacs and fighting case and going to mumbai for hearings .i received my amount from them and had an ego to take with interest, rather than taking amount amicably from them which was offered on very first meting with them with Mr. Rajinder in Delhi, i was advised to go through court as advised by my lawyers which I did and they wanting me to take refund of amount paid along with 10% deduction or plot of land booked .

But i was interested in getting money with interest and filed case against them and on very first hearing their lawyer gave draft of entire amount along with interest as i wished for .But i am now very much disturbed from last 3 years and they have taken me on ride as i posted comment on website against them . Court has ordered against me for defamation .please avoid the same and try to settle with them amicably and i am sure they will not leave anyone who posted comments there as there are other peoples from Surat who posted and lost case against them because of defamation .kindly settle if you have anything left with them amicably and make sure to get letter for not filing any suit or case against you..

I hope consumer complaints have mode of tracking the email id, else anyone can have fake account, and each can create multiple of such account and publish information with no base.
If I don't get call will assume this to be a fake account created by builder to mislead and still continue getting the money

Col.A S Prakash on Apr 8, 2016 - Seems to be "INVALID" FAKE Identity - I got call from Sandeep Sajjan and saying not to worry - against the defamation case he is filling against me, I asked him to go Ahead without concern. Bloody Director told that all my money is returned to the Broker and claim from him, when asked for document he denied. At the same time told we don't know you directly its only broker with whom we were dealing, 10 lakhs I have paid to the company number and on account so they are bounded. I would have been betting if they would have gone to some Bachelor college as well. He called after 4 years and to me looks like he is taking some other project approval and getting stuck due to consumer complaint.
