Dear sir,
I need a help about the global star solution company that i got a call from this named company. A women name divya gupta ([protected]@gmail.com) bearing mobile no. [protected] contacted me offering home based form fill-up of 1000 forms each rs 20 and the work should be complete till 10 days and if i can't complete the tasks with 90% accuracy i have to pay rs 5200 for utility charge and if i complete the task with 90% accuracy than i don't need to pay any money. Before knowing the company is fraud i agreed with their license agreements, they sent me the username and password but i didn't start working the job because i found out that the company is fraud. Please suggest me what i can do now as they threaten me for paying rs. 5200/- (I pay it)
This company send come helpline emails and number. When i try to contact with the helpline no. And the helpline mail they did not response me..

When i emailed to this helpline email id the email was undelivered because the email address was not found.26/02/2020 mr sourav saxena called me and black mail me to pay 11900 focase closed but i dont know, what is the case? Then i was scared and i will pay the amount 11900/
In the agreement letter they provide me the wrong mail id. Now their advocate mr. Sourav saxena threatened me to pay rs. 20000/- otherwise they filed a case against me.[protected], [protected], [protected], these are the numbers they used to call me.

Two months ago applied for a part time job... Then i receive a call from star solution company... A boy (Aryan) offer me this job... And give little info about there company... After that asked to mail my license to the mail id as proof... After that i got confirmation call.. And agreement also... They themself fraud signed my agreement and he said not to ask any question on comfirmation call if you hav any trouble just call me... On that confirmation call they said me that if i didn't complete my work in 10 days i. E to fill the 1000 forms in 10 days than than i have to pay them..5200 rs... After that call i called to mr aryan and asked him about 5200rs.. But he didn't reply me... I started filling the forms... I completed the task i mailed them on 9 day... Inbetween i continously tried to contact to the company helpline no for the issues i was facing like website not responded or qc report bt no body answered... Nd saw many complaints against this company.. That it is fraud... I mailed to their helplone but address not found was shown by the gmail... After some days i got a mail about qc report has been failed whoch cannot be possible as i checked my work thrice my myself and my mother... Today i received call from the lawyer and message that they are sending me the legal notice for not paying the rs5400.... So please help me... I'm a student and how can i afford such money... Please help me i am

I had joined star solution for online form filling. I could not complete the work they said on time but i have paid extension charge and also registration fee of 8500rs. Now they still have blocked my id and they are saying they have filed a case section 73, 74, 75. Please make me free from these and make my money return soon, money is very essential

I want a part time job and I apply for it I can't do my work now they call me and said me to pay 8550rs as penalty if I can't give the money they will call the police and file a case against me in coat and they also threaten me to pay my penalty in some hours they harrased me by call and messages please help me I'm a student how I give that money if they filled a case I will go to suicide I can't pay a such big amount of money please someone help me please I can give 2000rs please help me

My name is somnath sarkar. I want to make a complaint regarding the "data entry job". I was looking for the part time job online and got this company on "clickonindia" where i applied for the same. On 15th april, 2019 i got a call from a girl named as rupali sharma and she called me continuously for thrice after which i received the phone and she told me about the lucrative job offered by them such as filling of 1000 form in 10 days and paying 20 each and if i do not complete on the time, they will fine me rs 5200 for utility and maintenance on following grounds. I asked for aadhar card and reference number of family or friends. I found somewhere, why are they bothered about the reference or aadhar id so soon, generally reputed company takes a time to verify all the true documents. I sent my aadhar id and after that they send me signed agreement, acceptance letter, call verification. Under the signed agreement, i found so many errors such as falsification of stamp date and month, disclosure of company gstin number, address and cin number. I found this company as a fraud company who harass the people and i don't want to work here. The most funny thing happens to me that they did'nt send me any work related information such as where i will be working on, which site on, what would be my login id etc. They just addressed me the penalty fees and their false legal team disclaimer.

As i fall under the student category, paying a fine of 5200 is not justifiable due to poor financial condition. I hope you will take this issue as a matter of serious concern and solve my problem as soon as possible

I got a call from star solution company that they will provide me online work of 1000 form filling without taking any registration fee. They also said that they will give high amount as salary for doing the work. I accepted the work. After sending a screen shot as demo they sent me the work. When i completed the work in the given time limit of 10 days and submitted it. They made mistakes in it and said that, "you are failed to submit the forms so you have to pay 5200 as penalty otherwise we will proceed further legally" before giving me this work they didn't inform me about this. And now they are threatening me again and again. Please help me too.

Ae log phone karke nokri ka jhasa deke paise hodopta he. Mujhe phone me bola phone bina disconnect kare hi phone chalu rakhe or email kholke company ka agreement ko accept karna he. To maine bola me padh lu or bad me kar accpet lunga. Leki yeah log nahin manta he or bola phone disconnect kare bina hi or abhi karna he. Matlab saaf he agar me pura padh leta to abhi ye nobat nahi hota. Or usse pehle bhi me bola ki bad me work agar pura nahi hua to problem to nahi hogi. To woh bola isili ho jaye ga koi tention ki baat nahi he. Or part time me 2_3 ghante me or idhar iha par 7se haida network dawn he. Or mujhe jo demo dia that pehle usme koi fine ka baat nahi that.. Or me 2din ke baad bola madam me yeah job nahin kar paunga bcoz server

Sir, please help i have submitted my complaints but not yet resolved. Sir, a month before i joined star company in name of my mother and it was a man name arjun kumar but after i found that it was a fraud company and after that i thought of quitting it but the email id is not working and the i tried but i was not getting any response and after a month they are threatening me that they have filled conplaints against me please sir help.

Sir jab mne mera kam submit kiya to inhne oc report fail dikha di n ek fake advocate... Deppak joshi jo khud ko maharastra civil court me registered btata h usse call krwaya... Sir usne apna enrollment no. Mh/2203/2015 btaya hai iska contact no.[protected] hai... Sir ab ye mujhe blackmail krrha h ki maine paise nhi diye to court notice bhejega... Sir mujhe ap ki site se hi pta chla ki ye company fake h n inke agreement n advocate bhi fake hai... Sir ye company sabhi k agreemnt par 59549 same no. Mention krti h
Sir plz take strict action against them... N sir plzzz help ki koi notice na ayee court se bcz ye fake hhhh...

I am a student. I was searching for job.then I get call from clickindia so the job was from filling it's was very difficult because 1000 froms are there so I have completed 900 then the company has blocked my idol so how I can't do the work. Then company advocate call me but I didn't answer. They have cheat also me because I am 16 years old and they said to me give your father adhaar card then I have submit. And now case have registered in my father name. It's was my fault so how can they give my father name. Mr anuj have given this work from Maharashtra he said the company will call you but you have give only yes to answer not do any questions from company call. Then my father name have registered I call Mr anuj because he said you will get no worries but now he blocked me. So plz help me.

I am facing of threatening and harassment from the company (Star solution) which i worked. I have done my work with my full efforts. And now they are saying that i should pay them money. When contacted the helpline number and mail id it was not found or the calls were not taking.
And now different advocates are calling from different numbers. And there not knowing themsely. And the advocates are threatening to pay the money and they already dispatched their letter to me taking necessary actions.
Sir, kindly please help me to find a solution from this.

Sir i have recently jonied in star solution company but i found that the company is a fraud. Company se mere ko fake data entry task diya gia or fake agreement copy bheja gia.
Abhi call karke dhamki diya jaraha k agar mane unke entry fiss payment nahi kiya or time pe unko paise nahi diya to company mere khilap ligul action lenebale hai
Mere mail pe unki notice bheji gai hai. Bar bar call karke paresan karta hai or paise dene ki dhamki de rahi hai
