Hi, i few days ago i got a call from a lady about the job of filling 1000 forms 20 worth each, i and they will pay me, first 14800 as 5200 will be there registration charges, now when i've completed work and submitted they are saying your qc report fails and now they are calling me and sending me mails to take legal action against me if i didn't pay them... Pls help me pls what to do?

Sir as you must be aware of this online work of data solutions. I have become one of their victims
Today only they have started calling me and sending this bogus notice.. I know i will not be paying a single penny to them. Please help me.. I have seen here that somehow compaints are being resolved. Please help me too.
They are sending legal notice from a lawyer named k r mane, latur. Demanding 5200+3000rs
And company has has not contacted me at all that. Directly the associates are calling and threateming me..

I found the job opportunity in quikr and i applied for it. Within 1or 2 days a call came from the company named star solution, they asked me are you interseted in the data entry work. I was ready to do the work and then i submittedmy id proof and kept an agreement with the company to do the job with certain conditions. The next day i recevied a username and password from them. I have completed the work within the time period with full effort and satisfaction. Each and every form was re-corrected during the work time from 1 to 1000 forms. After 24hrs i received the qc report which thereby said that i have failed in the work. Sharp after one hour i received a call saying that to pay an amount to 7600 as penalty and later by redeucing the amount to 5600. They keep on changing the amount of penalty each time they call. When i contacted the helpline the number was swift off and i mailed them it was said that the mail id is not found. He was speaking so rude and cruel and he harassed and threatened me to pay the amount otherwise they may move legally. After 3 days a call came mentioning that he is an advocate from the company asking whether i am paying the penalty otherwise they will move for the case. I conveyed to him that the agent was behaving so badly and threatened me and than the advocate said that there is no realationship between the agent who spoke to me and the advocate. As an advocate he must hear my side too but he was never ready to hear whatever i wanted to convey. Different people called me for the same problem from different number. I also checked out some of the comments about the company where some people mentioning they have got cheated.
I hereby request you to help me out to get a solution for the same problem which i have mentioned above as early as possible.

STAR SOLUTIONS had contacted me through this email id [protected]@gmail.com and contact no.[protected] on 27.03.2019 for online form filling job which i had to complete in 10 days from 28.03.2019 to 07.04.2019.
I had to fill 1000 forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy. I couldn't complete the work, now they are threatening me to pay them 8200 rs.
5200+3000 for legal charges.
Sir, I have found various complaints against this company some of which also revealed that even after their payments they demand extra money in the name of cancellation charges saying that the agreement made is for 11 months.
The company seems totally fraud .Please help me and resolve this issue and ask the company not to threaten me for paying any money.
They haven't told me about the 5200Rs amount wala part.
I am attaching here some screenshots of the relevant part.
Please help me and stop this payment threatening calls and emails.
Also, it would be of great use if you could just issue some kind of warnings against these type of companies so that nobody in the future falls prey to such things.
