Refund not received
Hello
I had done my first ever order using the app and facing horrible experience through it.
When placing the order, the payment page got some error and it failed however the amount got deducted from my bank account.
I contacted support over chat and they asked me to wait 7 days. Now it has been 9 days and still I haven't received the refund.
I contacted support again today and the executive took some 20 minutes and told that my concern is forwarded to relevant team and I should again wait for 24 hours. Then what he did for 20 mins? Why it will take another 24 hours? This is harrasment and ignorance of customers valuable time and patience.
I want this to be escalated for quick resolution

The refund has not been done against the canceled order id [protected] which was placed 29th may. Even without prior notice, one more recent grocery order was canceled by Starquik itself [protected] placed on 21st June. For that also refund has not been done. On complaining, either they are producing fake transaction id which has not even taken place or not responding

I complained to starquik customer services on 5th february that the cashback for the month of january 2020 has not been credited.
The first starquik customer service person said he would call back in 25 minutes. But he never called me.
I called after 3 hours and the next customer service agent mr. Preshit.
Found that 2 orders were not updated in starquik system but was reflecting in starquik mobile application. He took the order numbers and updated in their complaint system. No complaint was assigned to me. I was told that a member of the customer escalation team would call back but no persons called back.
I later the same day spoke to the supervisor inderjeet who told me, he would revert the next day.
I received a call from mr inderjeet on the above cell phone and we went through each of the six orders placed and the amounts also. He confirmed that the cashback was to be credited and that he was forwarding the details to the concerned team.
It is now 8th february and the cash back is still not credited. I spoke with mr inderjeet and he is making the same excuse that the concerned team is working on it.
How long does it take starquik to credit me. Now it is four days from date of complaint without resolution.
If starquik is facing a situation with their computer system, they need to resolve this internally and not keep a customer waiting that too for four days.
Starquik customer services is very poor and lacks any kind of professionalism.
Starquik customer services is not able to handle customer complaints efficiently.

wrong product delivered & price not adjusted

After delivery of the order i found that one of the items sent was not what i had asked for. I had ordered for mutton curry cut meat & chicken curry cut meat got delivered.
The price was not adjusted. So i paid approx 350 rupees more for a product that i have not ordered in the first place.
- deficiency in quality of service leading to this harassment & loss of face in front of invited guests
- wrong item / product getting sent because of process inefficiency
- extra amount charged for a lower price product
- as per customer care, refund would be initiated in 24 hours which means i have to wait at my home for the product to be picked up for return which is impractical
- customer care is not recognising that now i have a situation where we dont have food to cook for the invited guests. The slot for delivery was picked up according to our need to cook
- this is highly irritating & insulting & i have now lost my face. This kind of service is not expected from a tata owned company
