There was an almirah of 6 *6 which was not delivered by state cargo... Altough they charged for that stating that they cannot dismantle it, but while taking the contract they stated that they could deliver it... This is ridiculous of the company... And mr. Rajesh sharma has literally a bad mouth... Without understanding, behaving like an illeterate and literally harassing and torturing clients while shifting......

Mai ye compalint hindi me likh raha hu k sb logo ko samaj aye, state cargo old seemapuri ki mene service li, quatation ₹12000 ki bhji, uske baad saman pack wale aye, wo saman pack karke le gye or bol gye k kal subha paoch jayega ghaziabad to punjab, fir inka game shuru hua, ek old seemapuri me fraud hai nam sumit jain wo baniya hai, uska muje phn aya k bhai apka 28480 ka bill bna hai ap payment krdo saman kal paoch jayega nahi to saman...

Disappointed with their service, extremely poor management. As a pakers and movers you expect on time delivery, timely updates of the location. They showed their true colour, once my household goods was loaded as a customer you expect company to give you timely updates that was not there. Moreover i had loaded my goods on 6th of dec from delhi and had asked them to deliver it on 16th dec. I had given them a time which was excess. 22nd of dec haven't recieved my goods yet. State cargo pakers and movers are not aware of their driver location. Plus every day they will tell you sir ajj bata dengey, sir ajj dey denge, sir hamara bhi phone driver nahi utha raha. It's high time company like should be closed down. Appropriate action should be taken by regulatory bodies who had issued them with iso[protected] certificate. Hope some one reads it and takes a clear desison not to opt for this pakers and movers.

I had to ship my household items and car from gaziabad to pune, i got the quotation for 23, 000 with inclusion of packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, transportation & door to door pick & delivery. For payment, we agreed on half payment at the time of on-loading and half payment after the delivery of house hold items and car. I agreed upon that and paid 11, 500 in advance at the time of loading. I got my household items after 4 days, however the car was not delivered on time. When i called they said now you have to make the remaining payment 21500 online then only it will get delivered, when i ask the revised quote they refused to share and dramatically they started cheating me on the price quoted which was 23, 000.
When i asked about the car location they simply told its in pune but we will not share the address, i told to deliver my car at my location they kept repeating that, "first make the payment online then only we will deliver your car within 2 hours". They did not delivered my car even after 10 days.
On 11th day when i made payment online they did not delivered my car, i kept shouting but they did not listen.
After 2 days of payment they told the location of my car and i went there and picked up car.
When i inspected my car by i found that tool box was missing, stepney tyre was badly damaged.

So my recommendation friends never never never go with this company, they are cheaters, liars..

Hi, my name is roshni das. It husband anurag khanna had booked the service of p&m. At the of discussion agent mentioned on call that you will only be charged for an amount of rs.9000. No hidden charges. On the top of it the email that they sent along with quotations mentioned the same. Clearly mentioned on quotation that green tax and service tax will be included however when we saw the bill after labours onloaded the luggage we got to know that they have charged 10, 280. Which had 480 and 800extra.in between the way to gurgaon near cantt area they stopped the truck. Driver was asked by the # owner that first take entire payment from these people and then only move towards destination. I even spoke military there and they also asked dem to move the truck but they didn't. Then army asked me to pay some hence we paid 7000 and also advised me to put a complaint on consumer forum. It's may not be about large amount but my complaint is about cheating and fraud. I need support so that such rascals won't repeat such actions again to someone else. I have both the bills as in quotation and bill at the time of movement. Do let me know if needed
