I have purchased a treadmill from Coimbatore Stay fit last year.As it was not worked properly I lodged a complaint with them.But a company personnel visited my place and put some oil in it and charged Rs.1500/.But the next day I found the treadmill not in working condition.Again I have represented several times to STAY FIT Bangalore.No response...

For paying for the product purchased I gave them my debit card and these people swiped my card twice and it throwed user busy message for which I gave cash amount. Next day I recieved a message that amount has been deducted on the purchase of Stay fit product. Now when I call them to refund my amount these guys are not answering properly and giving some silly reasons.

Currently I am the owner of StayFit DB13 elliptical, the equipment bloke down only after 5 months o[censored]sage. After the repair and service the equipment has stopped working again. Now after constant calling the customer service the service engineer are not coming and the dates are getting postponed every time. Very poor after sales service and Horrible Customer Service, if I would have known I would have not even purchased from StayFit....
