My client Mr. Baskaran had applied for the TIN facilitation center license from steel city securities ltd. They informed us that they will install the software and complete the instructions and details within a month. My client paid the sum of Rs.25000 in the month of August 2021. It has been more than a year since they only allocated the miscellaneous branch code. there are no further processes. My client had recurrently tried to contact their customer services, they replied that they will set a call back within 20 min which had never ever happened. At present, with the past experience, my client had decided to withdraw the application and which is not able to be done. He is pleading for a refund of his deposit amount since the facility had not been installed and utilized from the month of august 2021.

For activisation dilsukhnagar bm has given an outdated form. After 2 days upon my asking he argued a lot and said the form has been changed and being a bm he is not aware which is right form. Not telling me about the change of form he says my application for activisation has been sent to their ho. After i contacted ho people why my account is not activated they supported their employee instead listening to me. They say that they want to benefit me by activating my demat account. I wonder with out customer how they are getting their salaries. Please look into the matter.

I am Sibprasaf Samanta not active my br. Code 34402 & not refund my money. I had submitted images & documents several times. I had expenses Rs. 689000 for business. They are all is fraud to me. I had comlain to NSDL many times but not response. NSDL are full support to the Co.
Now I diabets, blood pressure & eye problem patient. It is liable this Co.

My branch code 91176 i have been in touch with the company since 3 months ago but the center for pan & tin fc is not yet started they are charging abnormal amount for giving the franchise. I have fully deposited the payment to them & also completed the documentation part well before.
I was about to file a suit in this regard against its e-governance arm of scsl i. E. Jai steel facilitation pvt. Ltd.
Kindly start the centre or should i file a suit against you.

The dp services are not satisfactory. They will do only routine jobs and not able to clarify the customers other things specialized services. Staff should be developed skills as per the latest trends.. No proper advisers. Recently i have contacted the steel city securities for submitting buy back offer of m/s polaris consultancy through depository. It is unfortunate that i have to call them nearly 10 times and not able to clarify my issue properly. It is very unfortunate.

Sir, steel city securities has taken contract from cbdt, income tax department & nsdl to process pan cards for which it gets heavy commission, while what steel city has done is it has allotted tinfc to illiterate people & who are processing its share of pan card for a digitization fees of rs 3 per form while it does nothing just command poor people who most of the time wrongly process the pan card. So many pan cards are wrongly processed by steel city tinfc an audit of all its centres is advised & government should snatch the contract form steel city for being negligent & crook entity. I would like to tell you & government of india that steel city securities limited is giving pan centre franchise all over india to illiterate people not just that once it gives the pan centre it charges huge security fee from them ranging from 1 lakh to 2 lakh in some cases. From the centre owners it gets into agreement to not just cut pan slip but also process these forms for 3 rs digitization commission. Most of the time it is seen that these centres process forms at their end for 3 rs improperly & incorrectly. Many other centres like karvy religare alankit do not get their pan forms processed from tinfc centres but they process the forms on their own once correct forms are received due to which it is seen that may be their processing is slow but their pan cards are very correct not like steel city who misutilizes pan centre & their resources for rs 3 which it gives for digitization of pan forms. I request government of india to audit the affairs of steel city security limited & jai steel tin facilitation centre which is its arm & to forensic audit of their activities they are also involved in fake pan cards generation & hawala transactions. It also came to notice the directors of these companies & their employees run black money network & extrort money from tinfc centres by hook & crook. I request government of india, ministry of corporate affairs & rbi as well as cbdt to take action upon this pan card facilitating company which is accumulating huge black money. My friend also owns steel city pan centre who is stating the they process the forms for rs 3 digitization which results into heavy burden on the employees resulting into sudden surge in suicides & deaths at their offices her code is 22156 similarly other centres close by like 22155, 22169 also face similar circumstances where steel city directors & management let them live life of hell which ultimately effect the pan card schemes of the government of india & public interest. I request government of india to ban this company as soon as possible other. I request you to cancel the contract of steel city securities limited & nimisha corporate securities & jai steel facilitation limited immediately & audit their true affairs in public interest.
