stepsstone good construction
Actually, i bought my dream home recently with stepsstone, i am very impressed with their way of construction and i should tell you about their passionate works. Their team is very cooperative and they updated me regularly about every construction progress. But one thing i felt distracted was the document details, at first they sorted me with some documents and finally asked me an extra document, other than this they are great. Thank you team.

I bought a flat in stepsstone in the year 2013 (Varadharajapuram). At the time of purchase we were promised that if in case the flat should be sold they will help with it. Because of their promise we bought the flat. After the purchase of the flat we got transferred to mumbai. Since then i have been requesting them to help with the resale of the flat but no response (They are not customer friendly). Until you buy the flat they are behind you, later they are not even bothered about the customer. Very poor customer service. I haven't sold my flat yet it's already been 5 years.

stepsstone apartment in sholinganallur
I bought an apartment in stepsstone's mayura. There are lots of livelihood is available so it is very convenient to stay here. The only backlash is the road layed near the apartment. We struggle a lot due to the road's condition mainly in rainy season, other than that there is no compliant. Stepsstone builders should step in to solve this problem by talking it to the particular authorities.

Stepsstone Promoters
worst customer service, I can rate ZERO stars if I have a choice. Got a flat with these guys with lots of assurances and promises. They told me that they would assist in the future if I want to sell my flat. Now I want to sell, all I got is a disregardful responses, rude talks and very bad attitude. Won't suggest anyone to contact these guys for new flats. Think 100 times before you buy with this particular promoters.

Fraud.. The project was done after 2 years from the date of booking.Found many cracks on wall with in 6 months they also hand overed with damaged doors and tiles. They promised it's an gated community but it's an common government road occupied and gated by those cheats.100% dissatisfied

Stepsstone is worst than a government office. After you book an apartment they will contact you only for payments. They will never complete the project. If at all they complete the project it is from your money only. They will invest you money for developing another project. The chain continues. All their contracts are one sided favoring to stepsstone. They jack up the price and reduce the price finally you will by buying higher than the market price. The worst thing is you will be treated as a beggar and not as a customer. All the materials they user are of poor/inferior quality.

They make fake demand, by saying only final 5 flat available, there by persuading customers to book the flats immediately. Whenever you are going for enquiry they will say only last 8 flats available. 2. They putting the lot of hidden cost like they asked around 60 thousand rupees interest as penalty for me, as i got some delay in bank loan process. 3. Building quality is very poor. 4. This appartment was sold by Stepsstone as gated community, but actually not. They bought soo many plots and sold this as gated community and raised the compound wal; amd stoppping public to use the path.
Public is getting affected as the government path was converted into roads and compound walls raised to cover it

One of the project named Krita, hand over was delayed 1.5 year, still all the major work is pending where family started to occupy.Quality of material used is very worst. if you ask them they will say they will fix the issue but will never turn up. Don't suffer by getting property from this builder

Very poor construction
I was booked one flats in Stepstone ( harisri chitlapakkam)
Very delays to handover and not proper responsible person, when they r finishing and give to customers. I don’t know!
Constructive enginer are very poor knowledge and poor inners finishing.
I don’t suggest to others this Stepstone .
