Stepsstone — Poor quality of construction, hidden cost and arrogant attitude towards customer

Stepsstone is worst than a government office. After you book an apartment they will contact you only for payments. They will never complete the project. If at all they complete the project it is from your money only. They will invest you money for developing another project. The chain continues. All their contracts are one sided favoring to stepsstone. They jack up the price and reduce the price finally you will by buying higher than the market price. The worst thing is you will be treated as a beggar and not as a customer. All the materials they user are of poor/inferior quality.

worst customer service, I can rate ZERO stars if I have a choice. Got a flat with these guys with lots of assurances and promises. They told me that they would assist in the future if I want to sell my flat. Now I want to sell, all I got is a disregardful responses, rude talks and very bad attitude. Won't suggest anyone to contact these guys for new flats. Think 100 times before you buy with this particular promoters.

Fraud.. The project was done after 2 years from the date of booking.Found many cracks on wall with in 6 months they also hand overed with damaged doors and tiles. They promised it's an gated community but it's an common government road occupied and gated by those cheats.100% dissatisfied

I request every one reading this forum to kindly spread this message, there by save the people purchasing any of the flats Stepsstone They cheat the customers in lot other ways: 1. They make fake demand, by saying only final 5 flat available, there by persuading customers to book the flats immediately. Whenever you are going for enquiry they will say only last 8 flats available. 2. They putting the lot of hidden cost like they asked around 60 thousand rupees interest as penalty for me, as i got some delay in bank loan process. 3. Building quality is very poor. 4. Poor communcations & updates by them, They never provide any updates about the progress, 5. If they are calling us means to demand the immediate payments only. 6. no ameneties 7. Gated community is fake,

Recently I approached Stepsstone builder to buy a flat and I have seen their completed projects unfortunately I met 2 buyers who bought flats from Stepsstone builders Chennai and had a conversation to know about builder being they were experienced with builder. they said Stepsstone is an amazing and affordable builders.

I have buyed a flat in one of the projects of Stepsstone Promoters. Its really gud and even all of my family members are happy with the luxury style, comfort and maintenance. The location is so pleaseant and quality of standard is really impressive..I really encourage the people who are willing to buy a flat.i have seen some funny comments onStepsstone but i feel those are not genuine.i[censored] once try to come over and have a look then you will definetly make your decision to buy in stepsstone.

As per my opinion, StepsStone does their construction works with much accuracy. They cost terms are very transparent and with them buying a property is very simple. They guide us in all ways from selecting till booking. Thanks to their effort.

I love StepsStone constructions and I bought a flat recently. I loved all the details except for the leaky tap, I have reported many times but no response, so please take this into note and provide better service.

One of the kitchen cupboard is not closing properly. I think magnet is not properly fixed. I have intimated this issue to the team of StepsStone and looking for effective immediate service. Apart from this, the apartment of StepsStone is too good to reside happily.

StepsStone is like a wonder. I enjoy every facility in StepsStone and I am very happy for booking this property. Only thing is the kitchen sink can be a little bigger. Other than this, I love StepsStone.

I am living in StepsStone's apartment for a couple of years. It is spacious and I am very happy to live here. But, the only thing is entrance gate is slightly forming rust which I do not like. Please assist us soon in fixing it.

Thank you StepsStone for granting us such a wonderful home. I enjoying living here. My children also like the surrounding. Except for the lightings in the hall. It is not glowing properly at times and we asked for instant support. Please do it as soon as possible.

Recently I switched my residence here, it is superb except the lightings in the corridor. It could be more because in the evenings the corridors are too dark and frightening.

I need my kitchen lightings to be fixed. Called stepsstone team but still no response. Kindly take immediate steps otherwise your properties are too good.

Very poor construction
I was booked one flats in Stepstone ( harisri chitlapakkam)
Very delays to handover and not proper responsible person, when they r finishing and give to customers. I don’t know!

Constructive enginer are very poor knowledge and poor inners finishing.
I don’t suggest to others this Stepstone .
