Stepsstone Promoters Complaints & Reviews

Few days back, I experienced a leakage from a tap nearby my car parking area. I complained but still no one fixed it. Please take immediate steps otherwise this place is good to live and very much comfortable.

We have purchased a flat in chennai, from stepsstone promoters in april 2016. From day1 there are lots of defects in the building and foolish design to satisfy the promoters. They did not follow bathromm and toilets one above other instead they have built toilets above our kitchen and master bedroom, hall etc. This leads to drainage leakage from the toilets above in to our kitchen, bedroom and hall etc. Stepsstone staffs and the managing director mr. Motish kumar are not approachable and willing to repair the defects.

We cannot repair ourselves because the fault is from the flats above which is owned by the promoter and he also not willing to correct.

Stepsstone Promoters Fraud / Cheater, We are having a terrible time with these guys. The project was done after 2 years from the date of booking. Construction materials are very low / worst quality Found many cracks on wall with in 6 months they also hand overed with damaged doors and tiles. They promised it's an gated community but it's an common government road occupied and gated by those cheats. 100% dissatisfied . When we approach them...
