Purchased sterling tree ion 10/09/1993 vide certificate no E2847, i was supposed to get maturity amount on 10/09/2013, but till date i have not received maturity amount & no communication from the sterling company side & this is ridiculous.
I had invested on sterling company credibility but it turn out to Disaster.

We have purchased and invested in Sterling Teak Magnum in 1995.
We have yet to see any progress or claims to refund or be able to sell the Teak trees and land promised.

We are now Senior Citizens and need the income possible if the Court Judgement is made possible to assist the Seniors as soon as possible.

On 30/09/1993, I had joined Sterling Tree Magnum Child Millionaire Teakquity Scheme. by paying 20, 000/- in the names of my children, Sally Goretti Travasso and Kenneth Nelson John Bosco Travasso. The Company issued me Child Millionaire Teakquity Certificate No. M15, indicating that I owned 16 Nos of trees. The maturity date of the scheme was 29/09/2013.

I had purchased two teak trees worth rs.1775 each, on 5/8/1995 and its maturity date is 4/8/2015 with assured mid term payments. However neither has any mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.

Purchased 1 Tree in 1997 and Maturity was supposed to be in 2017.
I have not received any information about the same.

In addition to this, 2 Tree were purchased under my husband's name and there is no update on that as well....

I had purchased 20 teak tree @ Rs 1475/- each total value rs 29500/- on 03/03/1995 and its maturity date is 03/03/2015 with the certificate number A633.

I had ouyrchased 27 trees @ Rs 1775/- each total value rs 47925/- on 27/06/1995 and its maturity date is 27/06/2015 with the certificate number G452/

SO far i have not received either the interim mid terms or the maturity amount .

As i have been changed my residence now and bank details, please help me to get the refund amount and advise me how to contact the company.

My name is Asim Mohapatra. My father D.M Mohapatra purchased certificates for 2 trees planted at parvathipuram, Vizianagaram, application no.- W 31336 dated 11/09/1995 certificate no.- D5380. Certificates purchase value was Rs.2950. Returns for them were due on 2014. My father has passed away but my mother is the listed nominee on these. No. of trees purchased is 45.
our policy maturity date was 30/08/2014.

We've been following on this for years, but there has been no communication of any form whatsoever.

Hello - I bought 11 trees via application number C114851 in 1996 for rs 22, 500. I went to their Chennai office around 2003 and opted for money return option. After that no correspondence from them and also the office is closed. Have no update on the high court case.

I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.1775, on 31/10/95 and its maturity date is 30/10/15 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.

I joined this scheme on 5 5 1995 invested for 5 trees. Application no G120082 and certiy number D 10021. I am supposed to get two interim payment from the company apart from the maturity amount. I went to their office at Kodambakkam and personally enquired about the payment but did not get any proper reply. I have not received any interim po or final machurity amount till date. The promoters are enjoying with the hard earned money of investors like me. Request you to take necessary action please.

The investment amount has matured and the matured amount with interest amounts to Rs. 10, 80, 000, how does one go about collecting the amount now. The company's number and address are completely unreceptive.

I have purchased two teak tree on 18/02/1997 in my son's name himanshu &kunal tangri vide their application no. A142162 &a142135 and certificate no. J10175 &j101733 issued by the stm on 07/06/1997.
As per the terms co. Supposed to make interim returns payable by 17/02/2003 and second interim returns by 17/02/2009.

I have tried my best to locate their address (Address mentioned in the certificate is now changed as confirmed by one of my friend).

There is no response from the company.

This is vivek raman from pune. I had purchased 1 teak tree on 19/10/1995 and the date of maturity was 18/10/2015. The application no is j 506405 and the certificate no. Is k6749. The first interim returns payable was on 18/10/2001 and second was payable on 18/10/2007. The maturity value of the certificate at the end of the 20th year is rs 97500.00

Further to this complaint i would like to inform that i have not received any returns from the company nor any correspondence has been received.

I would request if we could collectively hire a lawyer and sue the company for the same.

I am y n rao, purchased 5 trees on 17/01/1995 (Certificate no. D14538) with a purchased value 0f rs.1475 from sterling tree magnum with a guarantee teak timber 1.06 cu. M per tree. So far i have not heard of the company status, communication, payments as per their easy retirement teakquity plan

So far not received a single rupee from them even after completion of 20 years.

I have invested in 1 teak tree since 26/1/1996. With accordance to para 12 of explanatory statement under section 393 of company act as per orders dated[protected] of hon. High court madras, accompanying the scheme of arrangement as per report of dr. J. B. Lal and dr. Uma malkani, i had opted and sent consent for option 2 on 4/5/2008 i. E. To deliver 0.80 m3 of commercial timber at the end of 15 years. Since the period of 15 years since investment has expired in 26/1/2011, no payment in respect of 0.80 m3 has been received despite reminders. Presently, the 22nd year since investment is going to expire on 26/1/2018, kindly expidite the full payment of teak tree urgently in favour of sh. Sunder lal.

Also aprise me of the latest position of the case.
