I am complaining about payment is not given after validity is expired

I am vijay pandurang todkar... I was purchased 11 trees in stm in 1997... For that i submitted 2300. The validity of that is expired in this year 2016. But there is no response from company. I invested that money for my daughters marriage. Company cannot return my money. So i want to know when i will received my money from sterling tree mangum.. My certificate no is 'q 6891'.

I have invested in Sterling Tree Magnum as per the below.
1, Three trees in my daughter’s name ( Saibavadarini ), on 30/08/2014 amounting to Rs 4425/ ( Rupees four thousand four hundred and twenty five only). Certificate Number : F591 and maturing on 30/08/14.
2, Twenty Trees in y wife’s name ( Nandhini V Murali ), on 27/02/1995 amounting to Rs 29, 500/ ( Rupees twenty nine thousand five hundred only ). Cetificate Number A1178 under Land owners teakquity and maturing on 26/02/1015.
Wiht interim returns in 6th and 12th year. Till date there is no response from their side even after registering with their office at New No 2, Vishwanathapuram, 1st street, Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600024.
Please feel free to inform me if anything positive is happening on this issue to me.

Non receiving of 1st returns and 2nd returns

I, Sonali Sikdar, had purchased quantity 01 (One) Teak Tree from STM (Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd on 20 Feb 1998 vide Application No AA0017513 and Original Certificate No 047809 dated 1999. First Interim returns was due on 22 Feb 2004 and the Second Interim was due on 22 Feb 2010. But till date none Interim has been received by me.

My father had purchased 5 teak tree each valued at Rs. 1475 in 1995. we haven't got any returns on that.

I had purchased 10 trees on 1995 @ basic value of more than 10, 000/_.
The maturity date of 5 was in May 2015 and 5 it is this month on 30th Oct 2015.
However no communication from the company no reply on letter send.
Please suggest whom to address the complain and how to get money back from Sterling Tree Magnum

Have not receievd the promised returns on investment

I have invested in the Streeling Tree Magnum Teakquity and have purchased 15 teak trees from them. The duration of the investment was from 24/08/1994 to 23/08/2014. However I did not receive any sort of communication or receive the money.
I had put this money as an investment for her child so it will help support her education later.
Please tell me how to get justice for this. I have invested a lot of money and have received nothing.

IHAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY RETURNS SINCE INVESTMENT MADE AND NO CORRESPONDANCE AND EVEN IF I PHONE NO ANSWER/REPLY. AND EVEN I AM SENDING E MAILS NO REPLY. I had purchased two teak trees in the name of Anand Mahadevan in the 1993 . I have no news about this company, I don't what happened to my teak tree . My certificate number is T46367. The maturity date of the plan is 2013.I want to know whether this company exists if so what is the contact address.
Sterling Teak Magnum — No news from the company
I had invested in three trees of Sterling Teak Magnum vide Certificate Nos J4983 & P1819.For almost ten years, I have no information from the company. I do not know what is the status of my investment. I understand that the company has already winded up. In such case, I should have been returned the value of my investment + proportionate compensation for the period spent with the company. Nothing of this sort has happened. Would request your help in this matter.

No info.from Company on status of plantations

I hold Certificate Nos.T28056 & T28057 both dt.07/10/1992 (for 1 teak tree each) and Cert. No. K17344 Dt.15/02/1996 (for 2 trees) and as per Madras High Court Order Dt.29/02/2008 Company circulated a Compromise/Arrangement proposal whereby those investors who opted out of their scheme were to be paid the actual invested amount (without any returns) within a pperiod of 36 months from the date of HC order while those who opted to stay invested with the Company were to be given 0.8 Cubic Meters of Teak at the end of 15 years from the date of the HC order.
I opted to stay invested, but till date I have no feedback from the Company as to the status of the plantations.

i have bought 5 trees in 1996 of sterling trees --still no returns --no news of cos ? where to find cos all owner who cheated common public ? who have to try find out n put all alligation in newspaper ? what exactlly happen to that land n trees ??? hard earned money ? very big big fraud--pls try to catch that all owners n put him behind bars ? than only they under stad ....how common people hard earn money to save ?? must every people has to come out..

Non Refund
I had purchased 2 units of TEAQUITY in the names of my minor children Mrinal Vellodi and Haripriya Vellodi bearing numbers K18039 and K 18038. I have neither received any returns or the refund for the same till date. I am told that this is being converted into Sterling Resorts Time share. Kindly guide so that the money is not lost.

I feel very much disgusted the way promotors resort to cheating . Don't they have family and if one of them cheated how, as a father /husband/etc how do they feel. Cant they feel ashamed that they build castle, buy car etc out of money they got by cheating. Instead they can openly say that they they want money and they will not pay back, because neither they nor their family members have got the patience /brain to make money in a straight forward manner.
