We have invested in the Future assurance teakquity cetificate on 19/11/1996, out maturity date was on 08/05/2016, not no communication was made from the company side regarding the procedure for redemption.

I Jawahar Lal Mehta purchased two teak tree from STM in the year 1994 worth Rs.1475/-each in the name of my daughter Neha Mehta The application number G107299 and Certificate number is D1382 provided by company(STM) The Maturity date is Sept.2014. At present non payment (Maturity amount) recd from company not any response, Please do the needful action and help me.

Till date no information or repayment has been received from the company.
Reminder letters sent to the company returned have been returned stating shifted.

Puchased 3 units of teak tree with an investment of 2925 in year 1992 and scheme reached matured amount by 2012 but still we didn't get any response from company after main intimations. Not clear about their address also.

Am holding certificate no. D2168 dt 25/8/94 with maturity date 24/8/2014. This was for purchase of 5 treas with a value of rs.1475/- per tree. The certificate says that the trees have been planted at kurupam village, kurupam mandal, parvathipuram sub-div. Viianagaram dist - surve nos 11/1, 12/1a, 12/3, 136/48, 146, 147/2, 147/38. 148/2 and 219/1. Have not received the maturity amount. Please help

I purchased 4 teak tree at rs 8400 on 24/11/194 with assurance that i get
Interim return on 6th and 12th year and maturity on 20th year. Whereas i have received no money so far and tried calling their office & failed to get any response.

I kindly request you to intervene and make them the company to pay my dues with interest.

I sadasivan m. P. Purchased 20 trees in 1995. Cost of 1 tree rs.1475/-. Total rs.29500/- in the name of my son dilneit m. P. He was to get rs.24500/- (6th year). Rs[protected]th year) and rs[protected]th year on 17.01.2015).. Not received any amount so far. Besides 5.5 cent land alotted at udmalpett taluk coimbatore district not got possession so far. Please register the complaint and take action to get the above money and possession of land immediately.

Tried to contact the company (Stm) by letter and telephone but of no avail.
Last correspondence was received from the company in the address of me at "type iv, 24/2, h. V. F estate, avadi, chennai - 600054". Now i'm settled at "2/1010a, sadgamya, mandiledeth paramba, republic road, p. O. Eranhipalam, kozhikode, 673006, kerala"

Not receipt of returns after the maturity

I, mr g lokaraj purchased 5 teak trees from s t m ltd bearing application no. D:342686, certificate no. I 5889. Joining date is 23rd august 1995 & date of maturity is 22nd august 2015. Totally i have invested rs 9, 250/- for 5 teak trees. But, till today i have not received any amount or any communication from them. So i request consumer forum authorities to please help me in this matter and suggest me how i can recover my money.

I had purchased a Future assurance teakquity for rs. 1775 and assured two interim payments and final settlement on 8 06 15. But no returns have been paid by the company. I wish to lodge a complaint on the company as I was assured returns in Alandurai plantation, Coimbatore.

I purchased two no. tree from this co. in the name of SCHEME EASY RETIREMENT TEAKQUITY and invested rs. 2550.00 for a term of 20 years with a commitmement with certificate no. D 15793 & application no. G 145684 ON DATED 11/2/95 . MATURITY DATE WAS 10/2/2015 NO RETURN & NO COMMUNICATION TILL DATE FOR THE ABOVE INVESTMENT.

First intrim payment receivable on 28/11/2001 rs, 3150
Second intrim paymeny receivable on 28/11/2007 rs. 13000/-
Final payment on 28/11/2015 receivable on 28/11/2015 rs. 195000/-

I have neither received any payments nor received any communication for the same. I have found lot of complain in this regards by investors but yet not a single resolution have been heard.

Please do needful to recover from the company & communicate to us for any documentation

I had purchased 5 teak trees vide cer.No.D1171 dt.28.12.1994 issued by the company which will mature in 2019.Total amount invested rs.7375.00.
Please see what can be done as i have come to know that the company is not paying anything to the investors.
