Have not received refund of 11 lakhs lease amount
We are still waiting for our refund of 11 lakhs since 7 months, have already filed a case and notice sent to both owner and stsk for settling our dues.
Till the amount plus arrears is not refunded we shall not be vacating thr premises as per court order.

I am going through the same pain. The lease amount of 18 lakhs (Dads hard earned pensioner) was supposed to be refunded in October 2022 but I never heard from them.
They didn't paid rent to owner for the last 3 months and now I am getting the heated words from the owner of disrupting the water and electricity to my flat.
