The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Refund of PF: DELL-KN/BN/0018278/000/0002346
PF refund form was submitted on 2st jan 2011 through Ion Exchanges Services Ltd Bangalore in the Regional PF Office Bangalore. Till date the refund is not given. Spoken to the PF office and was informed that it would be done in first week on march. Now That deadline has also passed but there is no response from PF department Bangalore.

I was working with Ion Exchanged Services Ltd company in bangalore location. I was resigned on 5th dec 2010, & i have Completed my all formalities regarding PF. But still i have not received my Provident Fund. Related to my PF i called up Bangalore PF office on[protected], 22214901, 22214961, 22216596, 22238033 but no one attended me properly.
