I booked one 80/60 Plot with installment basis during May 2008. One Sales executive Manoranjan showed me the land opposite to GITA college. I paid advance amount and paid 25 K in each quarter. After my payment of 2 yrs they stopped sending the payment receipt. Verified the status of the company through net. Some one has written this is a fraud company. I booked four plots (4800 sq ft) in Sudarshan Vihar (Madanpur) with Sudarshan Estcon Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar under installment scheme by paying 35% of cost in Feb 2008. The sales executive Mr. Ray assured me that at any time when I arrange total money, the land will be registered. By May 2010, I have deposited more than 50% of the cost. The company is registering the plots for those who had booked the plots by paying 50%. Recently...
