I have enrolled for sugarfit diabetes reversal program on 13 June 23 n paid INR 177748/- as there was a guy who has clearly mentioned that 100% diabetes will be reversed n whenever u want to revoke u can we will return money no question asked later I found that they promised doctor dr.krutika Ingale will tc of the batch but they have put us under some other dietician Pallabi sinha n doctor review was only for some limited no of times maybe 3 for the entire year which was not informed earlier also there was no exercise coach alloted only videos were provided which is also available in YouTube for free so I really didn't want to continue n on, 30 th July I asked for stop the service n full refund as I was going with there word 100% money-back no question asked but they denied this n still not refunded my money plz help me get my money back as they have breeches there promise n I was not happy with there approach.

My name is Srinivas kumar Munaga, and I was approached by the sales team Miss Anushree, who promised me that they would take care of my diabeties and that the dedicated team would monitor them regularly, that I would get free doctors consultations, blood samples done once a quarter, and that a dietician would contact me to guide me. And he also promised that if I am not satisfied with the services at any time, the money I paid will be refunded. And in the meantime, I was dissatisfied with the services and asked Anushree to please help me, but nothing was done, and in fact, Anushree ignored my phone calls. Recently, I was in an accident, and for the past two months I had been in bed, and I informed them, and they did not arrange a doctor consultation except for once initially, and they did not take any care that was promised, and they did not arrange any periodic blood sampling test, I've been trying to contact them for the past two weeks, but they aren't returning my calls. When I called from another number, they said the period had expired and that I needed to renew the programme before they would look into it. I joined Sugarfir to reverse diabetes. The program dint give me any results. And as per their policy, I requested a refund. Which they are not processing. This is a company which runs on false promises
