here the staff of sulabh complex asked for amount of rs 20 for using washroom only for lavatory purpose and when i raised my voice against it the worker started abusing and threatening me that if you will not pay no bus driver would take u
he also stated that the complex is a private property and government has no interference hence he can charge as he pleases

Here sulabh sochalaya is charging high amount of money from the people who are coming there
And when I raised voice for this he started fighting with me

This is about the owner at sulabh complex, vanasthalipuram Panama bus stop. He charged me 20rs for just lavatory and when asked he was charging more he was saying he is the owner of all the sulabh complex. Moreover the other person sitting just beside him told it was 5 and I mentioned the same. However he was being adamant and started raising his voice saying " tumko kya pata, nhi deta to nhi chodega yaha se " this was early in the morning...

I was asked to pay Rs.10 whereas the charge was clearly written as Rs.5 and also even he was asking for Rs. 50 later when I asked that it is written Rs.5, I also have video as a proof but it is not getting uploaded due to large size....

Near Mundka metro station, at SULABH toilet complex, a worker asked me for payment of Rs 10/- for only using Urinal even only 05 rupees can charged for toilet/latrine by his receipt book. Thus how can he charged 10 rupees to me for only urine pass....

There is small wall between mens and woman’s toilet .anyone go throw between it and yesterday someone was making video from mens toilet inside of woman’s toilet

Its Good that service is available but the available service is not even close to fine

There was a MAN WITH NO CLOTHES sitting at the entrance(no good for women)
There was no hygiene( no CORONA OR DENGU protocal followed)
Toilet was NOT EVEN WASHED 1 TIME

THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS GOOD FACILITIES ARE GOOD BUT

NO ONE TO MAINTAIN AND TAKE CARE OF THIS GOV PROPERTY

I have been using Sulabh Shouchalaya (Public Toilets) for a month now and have switched upto three public toilets but they are all the same ; Dirty, no mugs, & soiled toilets.Taps are also not clean.
Our humble request to you, Kindly look into the matter asap as it's related with the SWACHH BHARAT MISSION of our country.

Sulabh sauchalay of cama estate near petrol pump goregaon east mumbai has many problem in public toilet the staff always says that "pani khatam hogaya hai " and this toilet also have leakage problem and cleanliness problem i am a local guy and i am tired of this such a pathetic services it is because of monopoly

They are taking extra charges for toilet, I told them why u r taking extra charges they told me everyone is give u also have to give I told them write down 3₹ i[censored] are taking ₹3 then write on wall or any ever else, they started fighting with me and said next time onwards we will not allow u to use toilet and they didn't allow me...plz help me to fix this issue so everyone knw wht they are doing, how they are making helpless people fool, uneducated people.

I am complainting from labour chock, mayur vihar phase 3. There are 3 sulabh toilets near me all are in very bad condition. They smell very bad and there is high risk to infection & one of them toilet are closed and i am working women and i have 1 year old child and she come along with me. Kindly please provide clean and hygienic toilets for women. This is my humble request to do something

The sulabh toilet at bata chowk metro station is found to be locked at 7.00 am morning everyday since 2nd december, 2019. It has caused immense hardship to the delhi metro commuters in the early morning hours. Immediate action need to be taken to open it from 6..00 am morning everyday. If it is not open in the morning from 6.00 am onwards, the early commuters of delhi metro may have to answer nature's call by the roadside.

I have him 10 rupees for using latrine he did not return 5 rs. I showed him it only cost 5rupees. I warned him to complain. He said complain anybody. Does not matter to him

Dear sir/ma'am
This is to report to you the verbal abuse by the staff appointed at your pathankot complex (Dalhousie rd, opp hotel opulence, guru nanak nagar, bhadroya). My fatger had to avail the services in emergency. However, when we went at the complex, the attendant started abusing us without any reason. When i told him that i will call the customer care, he started abusing again and replied that "jisko call krna hai kr lo, mera koi kuchh nahi kr sakta. Main nahi darta kisi se". Then i called at the helpline no 1969. One of your lady staff listened to the whole incident but it seemed she picked the call just to defend the staff appointed there. I was appalled by such a behaviour of an institution that provide service to million of people everyday. This was a very bad experience on one side we are working to make the whole country free from the evil of open urination and other side public have to face people like i faced.
I am hopeful that you will take appropriate action against the staff as he is damaging the goodwill sulabh has earned after so many years of good work/services.

Dear sir,
The sulab sauchalaya at the junction of Veer TanAji Malusare Marg has no lights n wash basin to wash hands after littering. This Public urinals do not even have a flush and it stinks very bad. Kindly take immediate action as this is the only urinal which is been used by more than 1000 people in a day.

Shulabh toilet complex of isbt anand vihar is mentioned with the charges rs 5 for men and no fees for ladies. But the incharge man is charging 10rs even from ladies.. Everytime he makes a huge drama and directs the ladies to old nd damaged washrooms by saying if no money go and sit on the road. This is really disgusting.. He should be punished for his nasty behaviour and illegal charging of money.

Sulabh complex of ramakrishna pur, mandamarri, adilabas, 504301. Maintenance of sulabh complex getting worst. With out proper reason closing the entry of the sulabh complex and making women candidates problamwtic. it was the area where the house holders doesn't have latrine rooms in their homes. so, it is making problematic to go out . this is also a rainy reaso going out may cause serious illness. please take action on this and solve it.

I work at a designing shop, near Moti Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi Its been more than 2 months now that the renovation work is not finished at Moti Nagar Metro Station. I a resident of hyderabad having problem with the sulabh complex which is at high court near madina, as the person who is taking care of is having a very abusing behaviour, he behaves like he owned it and talk very illmannerly with everyone, i request you to kindly take strict action against him

Hi The Sulabh Toilet complex at Huda metro station, Gurgaon is extremely dirty and very very unhygenic. It has not been cleaned up for months and there are cigarette stubd lying inside th ladies toilet.

On asking the attendant as to why it is not maintained and is so unclean - the anwer was that it is not my duty to clean it. I am here only to collect money.

This is one of the most busy metro stations and it is outrageous to see the very poosr condition of these toilets.
