I have invested my money in Suman Motels Ltd in KanyaDhan and while investing they told at the time of maturity you will get money back .If there is some information regarding this please let me know....

I had purchased Highway infrastructure development bonds worth ₹1, 25, 000 from Suman Motels Ltd as an investment scheme promoted by the Company, in the year 1998.
I need to redeem these bonds at the soonest. I have the certificates of these bonds with me. I’m unable to contact the company and hence would like for you to help me resolve the same.

I have 6 nos cheque of suman earth bond, now I want to revalidate and redeem those cheque but i haven't any communication detail of company or any agents.
Kindly guide me to how I can revalidate and redeem those cheque.

We had invested 200000 in Suman motel lts
but no any refund receive it is in scheme of E. Cumulative Fixed depost

Please help me to get the amount refund

My Grandfather in Law purchased 6 units of Estate Equity from Suman Motels Ltd. under their scheme A of Suman Kanyadhan Estate Equity plan. (No. 15615)

The Maturity of this scheme was on 10/08/2014. We found this receipt (photo attached.) Recently and we need to contact the company to withdraw the maturity amount (126000/- as per the receipt).

We tried to find out contact details for the company and we are unable to find anything. Please help us reach the company and withdraw the due amount.

Purchased one unit of suman earth bonds of suman motels ltd repayable in 15 years for rs 3500/-. They have issued bonds foe plantations and promised to pay
1) guaranteed minimum returns on investment,
(4 instalements at end of 6 years rs 3500/-, at end of 9 years rs 3200/-
At end of 12 years rs 3200/-, at end of 15th year rs 3200/-
2) guaranteed minimum gain from process mktg:
At end of 15th year rs 32, 000/-
3) guaranteed minimum appreciation of land allotted
At end of 15th year rs 14, 000/-
Total amount payable rs 59100/-
Amount received rs — nil —

I purchased a time share with an investment of rs.12000/- in great india resorts pvt. Ltd., chennai during 1994 for a vacation time at whispering meadows, munnar. Later i was informed that the company got merged with status resorts pvt. Ltd during 1996. Further, status resorts pvt. Ltd. Got merged with suman motels. Great india resorts pvt. Ltd. Promised to pay interest at 18% p. A. For any breach of the covenants of the agreement. Till date i have not received a single rupee from my investment and do not know whom to approach for redressal.

Hi, my parents had invested RS 1, 00, 000/- in suman holiday bond with an assured returns of 1, 50, 000/- in 5 years. How ever due to prevailing circumstances have not received anything, would like to get in touch with people of similar complaints for further course of action. Have read many such complaints in the forum and would like to know if anything can be done about the same

I am a Bonafide Member of The Instavac Platinum Famiy and have invested Rs. 65, 555/- + Rs. 10, 000/- towards the proposed Recreation Club to be set in western suburbs [between Bandra-W & Andheri-W] on 28.08.2000 for 15-years term. [Ref. Certificate No. IPN/01/0999/780]. My term has expired on 27.08.2015.

I am anxious on getting a complete refund for the full payment as invested. The Company Management and/or The Court of Law is requeted to please look into the matter on an urgent basis!

On Date-30/4/1997 I had purchased 12 shares under the scheme B of Kanyadhan Estate Equity of Suman Motels Ltd, for a sum of rupees 24, 000 maturing on 29/04/2003 maturing amount is rupees 72, 000 through a western bank ltd, vid cheque no-071358.But i havent recieved any amount till date, even though the orignal predated cheque has been surrendered at nashik region on date-10/06/2000.

2.Chq No 611736 dated 04/05/2004 for Rs 3200.00 from Bank The United western bank limited ,Bombay
3.Chq No 611737 dated 05/05/2007 for Rs 3200.00 from Bank The United western bank limited ,Bombay.
4.Chq No 611738 dated 05/05/2010 for Rs 3200.00 from Bank The United western bank limited ,Bombay.

I have invested Rs. 35,000/- with Suman Motels Ltd in 1995. All cheques worth approx. Rs. 6.0 Lac has been returned. Chq. worth 5.25 Lac returned today.Heard that Suman Motels have managed to get themselves registered in BIFR in 2003 although they are not mainly a manufacturing unit and that IDBI has taken over 2 of their existing resorts. The small investors are getting short changed. I want to join the Suman Motels Investor Forum started by Chetan Kothari . Can anybody help? I urge that all duped investors by Suman Motels shall join hands.

I had invested in suman motels Rs.12000/- in 1998 & I filed the case in consumer forum at Chandigarh vide case no 16/2002 & which was decieded ex-parte in my favour in 19/12/2003.I had sent the copy of decision at their mumbai office.

Previosly I had read in a newspaper that the investors are getting thir money back but
I don't know how to proceed further & don't have addresses of the...

I had taken deposited amount in the various schemes of M/S Suman Motels Ltd, Mumbai and paid moneis to be returned to me with interest within 5-7 years period and doubling the amount. It was in 1998-99. But I did not get the money nor any refund.
I had received some papers 7-8 years back wherein it was declered that the matter is in court, and decision would be taken, but thereafter, inspite of writong letters to that address, no reply ever received. And I could not get / ascertain the position of my money. Whether I would get it or lose the same.??

in 1996 my father and some of his friends have
invested about 3,50,000 rs. to suman motels ltd.

branch in ahmedabad at 802,sikhar complex,nr.

hse,ahmedabad-380009. we submitted our amount to the
same office.
after new rules of sebi in 2000 for plantation
companies, the company has not given any interest or
even our amount back to us. the maturity date for the
amount was in 2002 but still we are not given
anything. We have investigated for the company and we
found that high court has odered the company to return
all the amount of such investors by 2003-04. but
nothing has done yet. we have a video cassete given by
the company showing their bussiness all over india.


the company is stiil runing by the name of travel port
at 42,ambedkar hse,vadala,mumbai. and at many other
palces of the country. the company has its
own asset of 350 corers and they have collected about
34 corers from investors all around the country.

what can be done now and what is the status of payment
