I had invested in suman motels Rs.2000/- in 1998 & the company has no existence of office or i don't have addresses of the directors & any other office of suman motels. They have not given any refund of Due amount of Rs. 6000/- which was about to mature on 25.03.2004. Till then i waited for a long to get this matter resolved just like all other investors. But till now nothing fruitful result came. Please help me to get my hardly...

I have earned my hard earned money in suman motels ltd. Their refund by way of cheques have bounced back. I have written to cbi and eow but of no use. Kindly inform me who will get me the refund or these people have run away by taking my hard earned money. The company has refused to accept its own cheque in the banks. The banks are co-operative and in hands with the company. Kindly put the people behind bars...

I am a senior citizen, 66 yrs., residing in mumbai. I had invested rs, 65, 555/-as membership of vacation club on 28th august, 2000 by way of a refundable deposit for 15 years time. I became a bonafide member of the instavac platinum family. [membership no. Ipn/01/0999/780].

The referred company, the holiday resort, has gone into liquidation since last 13 years. My refund amount became due on 28th august, 2015.

On Dt. 30/10/1998 I had purchased One units under the scheme A of Kanyadhan Estate Equity of Suman Motels Ltd. The maturity amount due to be paid to me by M/s Suman Motels Ltd. on Dt.[protected] was Rs. 252000/- But so far I have not recieved our maturity amounts till today . Sir,
i had invested rs 2000/ in the year 1997 in the name of Anisha Bajpai in the scheme of Suman earth bond.
A cheque bearing no 091545 was issued (united western bank) with maturity amount of rs 42000/- and maturity date as[protected],
when this cheque was deposited in the bank it was informed that the united western bank is not in exist so this cheque cannot be accepted,
It is requested that sum as promised by the company to the investor be paid back.

i invested in suman motel's-highway bond they promised me after 4 years they will return the amount with all interest but they didn't returned.now what should i do plzzzzzzzzz help...

On Dt. 23/05/1998 I had purchased two units under the scheme B of Kanyadhan Estate Equity of Suman Motels Ltd. The maturity amount due to be paid to me by M/s Suman Motels Ltd. on Dt.[protected] was Rs. 12,000/- But so far I havent received a single rupee from them.
