I purchased a portable air cooler order no. Sei14321 it’s full damaged received it yesterday night i want a replacement. The usb to be fixed at the back side of the cooler is also damaged can’t use it very disappointed. The weather is too hot so i thought this air cooler would be just right for the summer i think i was tricked by this company very very disappointed. If they can’t replace it i want them to refund the money...

Summer essentials has flooded some online channels where they are showing a portable air cooler however misrepresenting it as an ac. What is disgusting is the fact that they are pricing it at 5, 000 and offering a 50% discount to deceive consumers.
The product hardly generates any air flow and only if you place your hand right in front of the air outlet do you feel some flow. Bottom line, it's more like a toy.
