I want refund of my scammed money of SUN-PLANT AGRO LIMITED. They ran away with thousands of rupees from us in the name of buying some trees....

I have purchased Jetropha Seed certificate in the name of
1)Nanima Borah, Rs 40000/-, on 09/06/2007
2)Dipanjali Tamuli, Rs 10000/-, on 05/01/2008
3)Niharika Sarma, Rs 50000/-, on 31/07/2007
4)Mrinal Kr. Tamuli, Rs 50000/-on 31/07/2007
5)Nikakhi Tamuli, Rs 10000/-, on 06/06/2007
6)Tikendrajit Choudhury, Rs 10000/-, on 05/01/2008
7)Shashikamal Hazarika, Rs 5000/- on 19/06/2007

REP. Code: 74849 No payment made till date.

I am a preference share holder of Sun Plant Agro-Finance Ltd. of Triveni Plaza, 1st Floor, Major Ashutosh Path, Kalibari, Katihar-854105 (Bihar) under Distinctive No. 147712 to 147723 containing 12 Nos. -preference shares of face value 12, 600/- respectively. Date of allotment was 30/11/2007 and My certificate was matured on 29/11/2014, I have aleady Deposited original Certificate on 03/02/2015 but no any communicate by Company side till date . Please refund total claims amount to my Communication address or inform to E-mail ID
Please my complaint sends to concerned Depts. to take up the matter.
