I have one sunnxt account which is associatef and logged in only one device...but the problem is while i am login it shows"your account is associated with multiple devices"...

IAM sundirect plan activate but sunnxt not working...

I made my payment 29.90 on the 23rd of September, but the status is showing that I am not subscribed, why is that???? I even contacted sun NXT team but they were not much of a use, I even sent the payment details but still they didn’t act accordingly, my complaint is was og- 72558. I hope this gets resolved!!!

99rs deducted from my debit card for monthly ad free subscription but still that does not reflect on the account. please check.

I've paid Rs.799 in total for the sunnxt subscription. Payment was done online through my paytm account. But when I try logging into my sunnxt account it says to subscribe again and there is no mention of kind of payment done into my sunnxt account. I've enclosed the screenshot of the payment done through my paytm account....

Am Aditya Kesavan, on 17th May 2022 by mistake I subscribed the monthly basic plan on Sunnxt, now I want to cancel the subscription and get refund of the money that I paid, please do the needful.

We bought the annual plan in the month of jan of 2022. But we can't watch any shows as it is showing we need to buy the premium plan when we already bought the annual plan. Please look into it and solve the problem.

Stop subscription immediately

I had subscribed for one year on 2nd June 2021 with the user id of my mobile number ending with 9882. The amount has been debited from the Credit card account. Till date, it has not been rectified. I request you to resolve the issue and activate the subscriber id with mobile no. ending 9882 and subscriber name Srinivasan b
