Horrible customer service, they send a damaged product and ask us to repair, and say 400 INR reimbursement, wrong beadings are sent, we have to deal with everything but they are correct the customer needs to suffer...

Company is complete fraud, no one is updating it's been 3 months we have placed the order.

The furniture exhibited and sold by this company looks all great and amazing, until you order from them and realise you have made the worst decision of your life. We had ordered furniture worth almost a lakh, and it was duly delivered. However, little did we know that within a few months we were going to have the most terrifying experience! It began with "grating" noises coming from the furniture itself, followed by residues of wood powder seen on the floor around and under the furniture. All the pieces of furniture are infested with wood borer insects/worms and are slowly eating away at it! Even the pest control did not work.
What's worst is, SEVERAL EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE OWNER JETAIN AGARWAL WITH IMAGES AS PROOF. But not a single response has been received. We have had a horrible experience and do not wish the same for anyone, we have been telling everyone or anyone to stay clear from buying from this place. It is quite sad, because the furniture looks good.
But If they cannot make furniture with the good quality wood that they "claim", they should not make such claims. All the furniture that we received is made of wood which was not cured or matured.

I had tried to order a sofa set from Sunrise International through their ebay listing 5 months back. The listing stated that they had closed on ebay. I therefore contacted them directly to their company website. They replied telling me to select the item from their catalog, along with the code number and any specifications, which i did the same day itself. After that there was no reply whatsoever.
