Damaged furniture

Horrible customer service, they send a damaged product and ask us to repair, and say 400 INR reimbursement, wrong beadings are sent, we have to deal with everything but they are correct the customer needs to suffer...

Poor quality - Wood infested with wood borer insects

The furniture exhibited and sold by this company looks all great and amazing, until you order from them and realise you have made the worst decision of your life. We had ordered furniture worth almost a lakh, and it was duly delivered. However, little did we know that within a few months we were going to have the most terrifying experience! It began with "grating" noises coming from the furniture itself, followed by residues of wood powder...

I had tried to order a sofa set from Sunrise International through their ebay listing 5 months back. The listing stated that they had closed on ebay. I therefore contacted them directly to their company website. They replied telling me to select the item from their catalog, along with the code number and any specifications, which i did the same day itself. After that there was no reply whatsoever.
